Great stay in North Naples

We liked the closeness of the beaches. Liked the pool and covered patio area. With 16 people in the house, the kitchen, dining and living room areas worked out great. There's lot's of fun stuff to do in the area.

Family reunion

3 couples and 5 kids made great use of the house. We enjoyed the pool. Had additional family over for party. a plumbing emergency brought a quick reply and plumber. could have used a broom or light vacuum to pick up crumbs... House is close to stores and beach.

Lovely family get together

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cozy house for our family reunion. The house was clean and beautiful and it is located in a perfect proximity to the shopping plazas and the beach. The beds were comfortable, the BBQ was set up outside and kids had a blast in the pool. We want to be back one day!

Nice,cozy felt like home

We loved how it was only 4mins away from the beach, very well equipped and clean in a quite neighbourhood,near restaurants,supermarkets and pharmacies , and only 15mins(drive) away from downtown,in our next travel to Naples this house it’s going to be our home again.

Amazing!

Was very pleased with the villa we stayed in. Exactly as described. We enjoyed sitting in the kitchen patio area in the morning with coffee and discussing plans for the day and the pool area in the evening hours was such a peaceful, beautiful experience. The weather was perfect everyday. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. We go on vacation to relax and this was the perfect place for it.

Perfect size for all of our big group

The house was great and host was very attentive Just a couple of things to change: Wi-Fi closer to the end of the house- walk by pool Few more coffee and stemless wine glasses The laundry room did not smell good and we had someone come help us but still smelled- I’m guessing he could fix this before next visitor? Few suggestions because we really had a great time and would love to come back

Location, location, location

The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool every day in between outings! We started each day with our coffee outside by the pool. The location of the house is perfect… Close to grocery stores, beaches, and great location for bike riding. Since the 6 of us were flying in, it would’ve been nice to have more beach items, such as umbrellas, coolers, and chairs! We ended up having to go out and buy those items. We noticed when we first arrived that there was a very strong smell of cleaning products and the laundry room had a pungent smell throughout the week. On the whole we enjoyed our stay!

There was a terrible smell in the laundry room

When we first arrived there was a strong smell of some kind of scented deodorizing . Once we found the devices we knew it was masking something. We then went into the laundry room. The smell was strong and smelled like ammonia . A cleaning crew came but they couldn't fix the smell. House could be good has good space needs a gas grill. The charcoal grill looked like it wasn't cleaned in a long time. Also needs a bigger hot water heater. Six adults four children hot water did t last long.

Great location!

This studio worked well for our family of four. It was nice to be able to ski in for lunch and then hop right back out for some afternoon runs. You really cannot beat the location. We arrived when it was dark and it was a little difficult locating our building entrance. Having a copy of the SkyRun property map (building locations) as part of the check-in instructions might be helpful for future guests. The pull out couch was brand new and overall very comfortable for a pull out. My husband and I used the murphy bed, which was comfortable as well. For 4 people in a studio, I appreciated that there wasn't excess "stuff" to clutter the space. We packed away both beds during the day and had plenty of space for our family to enjoy the room. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked all our meals in house. We did not use any of the additional facilities as we are local to CO and our trip was booked to save us the drive from Denver. My only two "issues" (if you can call them that) were the garage clearance is 6'5" so we had to park outside and the volume of texts/emails from Explorie ahead of our trip were a little silly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again.

North Naples is a great place to vacation

The location of this home was absolutely perfect for me. It is a 6 minute bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach. It is a 6 minute bike ride to LA Fitness You could literally take a short walk to 6 or 7 restaurants without leaving the subdivision. It is only a few blocks from Wal-Mart and 3 other Super Markets, including Whole Foods. Also a short drive to downtown Naples and Bonita Springs. This is not a luxurious home. But it does have plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a nice size kitchen. We chose this home because the pictures showed a garage where we could park our car and store our bikes. Evidently, a renovation turned the garage into a new bedroom before we arrived. There was a really nice shower in the new addition. The bedroom furniture was very nice. Now the rest: The driveway needs to be re-paved. It is crumbling. The roof looks really old. The living room furniture isn't the nicest or most comfortable. There is an electrical outlet in the dining area that has a loose plate you dont want children around. The toaster burns the bottom of your bread in 5 seconds. The toilet seats are really cheap and came apart while we were there. The front left burner on the stove kept going on and off while cooking. The hallway bathroom sink doesn't drain properly and the front bathroom toilet didn't flush at times. We had to go buy a cheap plunger because the one there is worthless. All of these things can be addressed and fixed in no time.

Overall the house itself is accommodating to a large group. There was plenty of space. We had a few things go wrong with the house that made the trip unpleasant. We were a group of women that rented the house for two nights, celebrating an upcoming wedding. Night 1, our plan was to check-in shower and get ready for bachelorette activities. However, the water to the house had been turned off due to non payment and was locked off. The owner kept calling the water company and following up with us. However, instead of showering, making snacks etc. we spent the first 2 hours of our trip on the phone with the owner, and property manager. Also, discussing a Plan B in case the water did not get turned back on. Kudos to Collier County, someone came out on a Friday night to turn it on. However, it was very stressful and not pleasant at all. The original bachelorette plans needed to be cancelled due to us being delayed dealing with the water issue. That same night at 4:00 a.m. there was an awful high pitched sound though out the house. I flushed the toilet and the noise stopped a few minutes later. We thought the problem was fixed so it was not reported. However, the 2nd night the sound started between 12-1 am, it was awful, we could not to to sleep. It then happened again between 4-5 am, it was ear piercing and woke everyone up. Both times it lasted about 20 minutes. We were later told the noise was due to air in the pipes from the water being turned off. Nevertheless, we were all exhausted. I provided the owner and manager videos of these occurrences at 1 & 4 am. I rent 2-3 houses a year and I have never left a bad review or asked for money back, but this was extreme so I contacted the owner and asked for compensation. He said he wanted to make it right and offered a credit of about 30% or a refund of about 20% of the total price paid (this is off the full total inclusive of taxes, cleaning, and fees, I was not allowed to leave actual numbers) I could not use the credit because this effected all of us, not just me. I let him know that I did not think that amount was acceptable, but he was not going higher. We paid a lot of money for this house to have water and sleep issues. The owner feels all of this was “out of his control.” However, I disagree it was in the control of whoever pays the bills. It was certainly not our fault our plans were ruined night 1 and we could not sleep night 2. So I say you decide.

40th bday getaway

The property was big inside and rooms were all good sizes. This home has a huge table which is perfect for large grupos, it also has two refrigerators which is a plus. The home was very clean and all beds were comfortable and nicely furnished. The pool was clean and a highlight for our stay. The backyard has tables and chairs to relax and enjoy yourself pool side. Our all adults trip of peace and relaxation was perfect. We would definitely book here again and recommend to others. Alex responded quickly for any and all inquiries!!

Great family Vacation

It was a wonderful house that slept our entire family comfortably. The only complaint I would have is the water pressure is not strong at all but overall one of our best family vacations with this beautiful equipped home.
