This spacious one bedroom condo sleeps four people comfortably. Step off your private lanai (patio) onto plush green grass for a short few steps to a beautiful heated swimming pool, surrounded by colorful tropical foliage. Then, take a few more steps through more tropical bliss to the calm clear Pacific Ocean. The Kuleana offers more than just a place to stay, it helps you explore, play or relax during your Maui vacation.

Our main goal is for you to have the most enjoyable vacation possible, and with that in mind, we provide our guests with many amenities for their convenience and comfort. We have everything you will need for a wonderful stay including:

Kuleana Resort is situated right on the ocean and has beautiful lush, tropical foliage and pristine landscaping. While you are here you can explore the amazing sea life in the private snorkel area, play tennis on our regulation tennis courts, or relax beachside or poolside and soak up the Maui sun.

We have perfect views for whale-watching (during the season). There is an on-site snorkeling ladder which provides easy access to the warm crystal-clear ocean. The property also has a beautiful private sandy beach. In addition, the famous beaches and golf courses of Kaanapali, Kapalua and Napili are nearby.

Quite little oasis on the Pacific Ocean
This is a Beautiful property! Great location right on the Pacific Ocean and quite! The condo is clean and well stocked with everything you need for an extended stay! We loved watching the turtles and snorkeling was amazing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

Great location
A beautiful and private location. We could have easily spent our whole time here on the premesis, but chose to do a few short day trips to explore other nearby beaches. The location has pretty much everything you need. Just missing beach towels and a lot of the snorkel gear and the beach umbrella was broken, but you can easily pick those things up at any store down the road. We would definitely stay here again!

A little paradise
The grounds are clean and well kept. The condo I was in was as advertised and well stocked with the necessities, an easy walk to the grocery store and several restaurants. The beach comes and goes with the seasons but is generally pretty good. Lots of turtles out front and good whale sightings.

Resort is beautiful and our children enjoyed the games ping pong, tennis court and the disc game. Only downside was the kids couldn’t laugh loudly or jump in the pool even though it doesn’t have anything about jumping or diving on the pool rules posted.

Great location! The kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of parking available. Only problem was the sink didn’t drain well in the bathroom. Besides that every thing was wonderful. Highly recommend 😊

The location is pretty good, just beside the beach. It's located in a property called Maui Condos and mostly its a peaceful neighborhood. The patio directly opens into the lawn followed by swimming pool and into the pacific ocean. The house is wonderful with all amenities fixed. Perfect for vacation and relaxation

The Kuleana resort is amazing, grounds are immaculate, pool is very nice, staff is nice, the property management company was easy to deal with. There is a nice but small beach area where we saw turtles. Would recommend the resort. The unit was very dirty, needs some serious TLC, and the air conditioning was broken. Management company responded right away when we called about the air conditioning not working, but it needed to be replaced which couldn't be done during our stay. Make sure you confirm the air conditioner has been replaced before booking if air conditioning is important to you.

Everything was good except that the website advertised a King Bed, but it was only a queen.
I called twice to confirm it was a King Bed and was assured it was, however upon arrival the bedroom only had a queen bed. The resort was wonderful and the room was nice.

Property was great getting the parking pass was the only hassle. First night nobody onsite plane was late then nasty note on windshield and nobody there u til later that day! If nobody is available you should be a bit less nasty about parking pass but everything else was perfect thank You!

Paradise!
Camille's condo was beautiful and had absolutely everything that was needed for surf & sand, and r & r. The unit, as well as the grounds, are immaculate. We shared tropical sunsets with the sea turtles that arrived directly in front of the complex each evening, as there is a sea turtle sanctuary just steps away from the lanai. We can't wait to return to this special place filled with much aloha.

Second trip
We were back at Camilles condo for our second visit in March this year. This condo and the Kuleana complex are very well maintained. We stoped by to check out a few of the complexs close by to see how they compared, and I can tell you this is the best bang for your buck! Already looking at the calendar to see when we can plan our next trip. Will definitely be booking Camilles condo for the 3rd trip back to Maui!

Great pool. Good for kids if you don’t want them in the ocea . Air conditioner very noisy and cycles frequently on and off. Very nice unit though. Nicely located near shopping. Adults can maneuver beach area walks.

Bang for your Buck
This condo is perfect for the price! It has all of the basics and more! We found the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel equipment especially useful. There is a partial view of the ocean from the patio that is beautiful. The grounds of the condo are well kept and gorgeous. The private beach has a 100% chance of sea turtles (even sometime chilling on the beach!) and is great for snorkeling. We even saw whales from the shore! The owners were very accommodating when we had some minor building issues (that were out of their control). I would recommend this place to anyone who will be out & about enjoying the island for most of their time.

Great complex, excellent for snorkelling
Good location, very well maintained complex with BBQs, pools, amazing sunsets and small but nice beach (some rocks and sand)- perfect for snorkelling and watching sunsets. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Missing the BBQ utensils and sun umbrella (which not work). AC cools only the bedroom, but the ceiling fan and the draft from the patio door did the trick in the living room. Be careful using the bathroom towels- we got charged $20 after the trip for a small stain on one of the towels (must have been from the sandy feet). Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

A wonderful stay in Wailea
This was the perfect property for my family and I to stay at (husband and infant). There is so much space in the condo, it could have easily hosted 4 adults. Also loved that the condo is ground floor with very easy keyless entry. The location is perfect as it has its own access via 4 min walk through the property to the start of the Wailea beach path, where others pay $$$$ to stay at one of the nice resorts, but you get the same view (with fewer crowds) at this location. Everything was so clean and updated, and Simone was very easy to communicate with. We appreciated the ample towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The only thing that could’ve made this rental better was a pack n play for children, since there’s plenty of space to put one if a family requires it.

Clean well stocked condo
This unit is in the perfect location. You can walk right to the pool from the lanai. I was a little worried it would be noisy being that close but it was never a problem. It had everything I needed inside. I didn't cook so I can't speak to the kitchen but there is a little vacuum in the closet so you can pick up any sand that gets inside and great beach chairs including umbrellas for shade. The bed is super comfortable, in fact I've been meaning to email the owners to ask them what kind of mattress it is because I want to buy one for home! Walking distance to Maui Brewing and a very nice large grocery store. Maybe a 5 min drive to Whalers Village.

Amazing!
My wife and I took our daughter and her friend to Maui for 18 days back in August of 2014. We knew we needed to be close by the pool to keep the kids entertained. We were so excited to see that the heated pool is literally feet away from the Lanai. This ground level unit was so amazing! Only a 20 second walk to the beach, grills and snorkel ladder! We didn’t have to waste money on the snorkel adventures that can cost hundreds of dollars for a family of four. There were so many turtles right there at the unit. I can't say enough good things about this condo, but the one thing I can say is that Camille and Joe have the best rates for the entire resort. We had so much fun that we are going back next month for another 14 day visit! March can't get here soon enough.

My favorite place to stay on Maui
Thi sis my third time staying at the Kuleana Resort. The staff was friendly and always greeted you when they passed by. The grounds were immaculate, as was my unit. I didn't use the grill this time, but upon inspection it was clean and ready to go. I received two calls from the management company. Once a few hours after I checked in asking if the check process went smooth, it did. I was also able to check in early. Then about midway through my stay to make everything was to my liking. They have everything you need for a great stay. Dollie's is a local hang out that has good food, and fair prices. The staff was great too! It's maybe a mile north of the resort, next to it is Miso Phat, a great sushi place. They do not serve alcohol, but you can go next door and drink it with your meal. I didn't see any children and I was okay with that, but that doesn't they weren't there. All and all, this is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. And be sure to check out Slaughterhouse Beach. The best beach on Maui! Mahlo, Quinton

Beautiful location
Staying at the Kuleana was easy and functional. The resort itself was beautiful and met all of our needs. Access to a beautiful sandy beach, good waves for my kids to play in and amazing sea turtle reserve on site was so great! We were steps from the pool which was nice so our kids could play while we were sitting on the lanai. The condo itself was clean and updated. The main bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom kept nights comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom had a large shower with good pressure. The kitchen was well stocked but very small so I would recommend not making extensive meals due to limited prep space. The only drawback was there were not sheets for the pull out bed in the living room. I’m sure this was just an oversight as everything else was well stocked. We chose not to contact the on island contact person for the condo since we were staying there during the hurricane and didn’t want him to put himself in danger just for some sheets. The best thing about this condo is that it is SAFE! We hardly knew we were in a hurricane! I would definitely rent this condo again!
