Feel on holiday from the minute you walk in.
Our 100 year old cottage on Ahuriri's foreshore, has been modernised within and styled to match it's seaside position while keeping it's historical face and feel.
Comfortable and cosy, with french doors opening to the sea view with Spriggs Park playground, rock pools and beach directly in front.
Enjoy the seaside village atmosphere as the yatch racing, watersports and cruise ship coming and going happens in your front yard and the waterfront cycleway passes by.
All the facilities of a fully equipped house in a cottage sized package, with fenced back yard, for your use during your stay in Napier.
Just a couple of minutes stroll to the 6 restaurants and many cafes and takeaway options available in the Ahuriri Village, along with Cinema and specialty shops or 5 mins drive to the waterfront bars on the edge of the marina.
Napier CBD is a five minute drive away or catch the bus directly across the road.

Cute little place in a great spot
Cute little place with spacious bedrooms. Walking distance to lots of great bars, shops and restaurants and straight across the road from the park and beach! Loved our stay there over Christmas 😊

A wonderful winter stay in this cute seaside cottage. The Heat pump kept us toasty warm, along with the winter sun. Loved strolling around the local area and watching the sea from the cottage.

What a awesome little house, everything we needed for the 2 of us. Great location with lots of options for activities. We did think the house and location would also have suited our children if they stayed as well.

A lovely wee cottage beside the sea, suitable when holidaying with a 92 yr old family member. Great sized bedrooms & wonderful bathroom. Enjoyed hearing the waves at night & strolling along the beach front.

Just Wonderful!
I felt so relaxed, and very much at home. The Bach was lovely and clean. It was in such a great location, looking out of the Ocean or Sea. I would like to stay again sometime in the future. I would definitely recommend this Bach to others. Thank you for allowing me to stay.

Cosy Cottage
My husband and I stayed in this quaintly remodeled cottage for five nights in February. We especially enjoyed its location in Ahuriri as there were many fantastic dining options nearby. We also enjoyed the bay view and marine walkway across the street. Many thanks to the owner. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Gorgeous cottage with nice little touches
We absolutely loved our stay in your gorgeous little cottage, it had everything we needed and felt so homely. Perfect location to all amenities and lovely views of the sea straight across the road. Comfy beds, nice new carpet. Loved the Fleetwood Mac CD! We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you.
