Located in The Grove, a gated Silverado community, this 3BR/3.5BA house offers the pinnacle of luxury living in Napa. Perks include a chef's kitchen and an upscale furnished deck. Dine alfresco while taking in the view of the golf course, or bask in the glow of the living room fireplace. Spend sun-kissed days by the pool or perfect your serve on the nearby tennis courts. Top wineries await along on Silverado Trail, located within a short drive.

A wall of windows delivers an abundance of natural light in the living room. Unwind on the sectional while watching a movie on the TV. The gas fireplace adds warm ambience. The chef's kitchen is fitted with a full suite of high-end appliances, including a wine fridge. Serve meals at the six-person dining table.

This house sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with a TV. The primary suite has a king bed, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The second suite has a king bed, front porch access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third suite has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bath provides added convenience.

Sip a crisp beverage while lounging on the covered deck. Or take in the view of the adjacent golf course by a pond often with white egrets, blue heron, and ducks while sunbathing on two loungers. Light the gas grill on the side patio and dine alfresco at the umbrella-shaded table for four. Nearby community amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub.

THINGS TO KNOW
Although this privately owned home is located within the Silverado Residential Community, it is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort & Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee. The on-site restaurants and shops are open to the public.
Day passes for tennis, the spa, and fitness center are available for purchase.
Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Silverado Resort & Spa guests, Troon members, or can be booked for guests by a local golf pro.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned home include: room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, the golf course, and the main Silverado Resort pool (see above for exception.)

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
