The cottage, built in the late 1800s, has been completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, dishwasher central heat and A/C. It is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located within walking distance to everything happening in Downtown Napa: award winning restaurants, numerous wine bars, the Oxbow Public Market, the fairgrounds, and fabulous shows at the Blue Note -Napa Valley Opera House and Uptown Theater.

Lovely place for a get away to Napa
We had a nice time here as a home base for traveling in Napa and seeing family over Thanksgiving. Home was well appointed and host was 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Property Close to Downtown Napa
The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Location was very convenient to downtown Napa with easy access to the entire valley. CC was very helpful in identifying local wineries and attractions to visit.

Great spot close to downtown
We enjoyed our stay as a jumping off point to the wineries and other activities in the area. Downtown Napa was a short walk. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the Napa Valley. Easy access to wineries, food, and entertainment. The host CC was responsive and very helpful with guiding us to places to visit. Even arranged a private wine tasting, which was in a beautiful area and had excellent wines.

House is really nice and cozy. Perfect size for our party of 4. Great location! Walking distance to downtown Napa. House has everything you might ever need in your kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Property manager is very responsive. Highly recommend this house for your Napa trip!

Perfect spot for wine tours
Exactly as advertised. Perfect location to hit restaurants in Napa and easily accessible to all the vineyards. Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to everything but off the main street so it was a quiet safe location. Great place for all of our celebrations!!

From detailed directions & check-procedure, this VRBO made our trip to Napa easy-peasy! The host contacted us in advance with an offer to help us coordinate the trip. Nice cottage, comfortable beds, great kitchen, beautiful yard with lots of seating options, tons of flowers in the yard. Parking was easy at the house but you can also walk to downtown Napa.

The location was great for walking to Model Bakery, Fatted Calf and Gott's Roadside, plus easy access to 29 for our visits to Oakville, Yountville, etc. We had a fantastic four days. The place was perfect for two couple with all the needed amentities, and the host was amazing. She was flexible with our schedule and provided plenty of great ideas for our time in Napa and SanFrancisco. We highly recommend staying here and would defintely stay again when we return to Napa.

Amazing weekend in Napa
We absolutely loved staying at this property. The host went above and beyond for us during our stay! Super close to downtown Napa so we were able to walk or ride bikes. The house was super clean and had super cute! Would stay there again for sure when we come back to Napa!

Great Time in Napa
We stayed for two nights to visit a few wineries with our daughter. The house was great. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked with every pot or pan and utensil imaginable. Outdoor grill worked great. And we walked to the river and restaurant area one evening due to the convenience. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was great and recommendations on restaurants and wineries was very helpful too.

Cozy Home
Our stay was wonderful. The house is tucked back from the street so it is very quiet. There is a table for outside dining and a private backyard. The house is very well maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, we easily prepared meals in it. The host was exceptionally responsive with suggestions on what to do in Napa. And the locations was perfect, very close to downtown Napa. We will definitely return!
