"We stayed in crown plaza in Fuzhou and it was a great experience. So we gave Tianjin crown plaza a try. That experience turned out to a huge difference in a negative way. First night checked in to a room with broken fridge and floor covered in human hair. So we had to move to another room the next morning. But the second room wasn’t any better at all. It had a damaged/cracked sink and it had a bad sewer smell in the toilet room. The odor was spreading out to whole room and it became unbearable. This hotel needs lots of maintenance to bring back its glory. "

I don’t enjoy Being misdirected, especially when the temperature is 35°C. I finally Found a Marriott hotel and the courteous staff directed me in the right direction. The Radison is immediately next to subway station. When I got to the hotel and explain the situation to the clerk, she actually Found this highly amusing and started laughing. I was forced to reprimand her for her uncivil Behaviour Her supervisor took over and checked Me in efficiently"

"Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."
