perfect location for walks to the beach or to town. Had no concerns about the kids being downtown alone and walking back to the house. owner is great at communicating and the check in/out process was a snap.

Nice place and location but...
This is a very nice home situated in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the beaches and a 12 minute walk to town. The host was responsive when we notified her of a problem with the upstairs sink and sent a plumber the next morning. However, the online listing indicated 5 bedrooms when it is only 4. This caused us quite a problem as we counted on the 5 bedrooms and gave up other 5 bedroom homes to stay here. Host indicated it was an error in the listing. Unfortunately for us it was a big hassle.
