Our quiet, comfortable house is within an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and in-town attractions. It's on the bike path; a short cycle to beaches, Bartlett's Farm, and other points of interest. Beautiful house in a great location
Location was perfect and central to all that we were looking to do. The house is beautiful with plenty of space for a group of adults. Great communication from the owners. I highly recommend this property.

Wedding stay
The house was perfect for our family! We had 6 adults in for a wedding and were very comfortable. Perfect location where we could walk to town each morning and also to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we had more time!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Nantucket!
This house exceeded all our expectations! Great location, great backyard, great bedrooms, comfortable living room and amazing kitchen (has everything you'd need). Perfect spot to get anywhere on the island quickly and not far from downtown. On top of that, Mark was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely consider staying here again.

Daffy Days on Nantucket
For years now the women in my family have gathered annually ion Nantucket for the Daffodil Festival. This year since our numbers have grown to 6, we decided to get a house instead of staying at a B & B. We were so happy with your property. The house was beautiful and decorated with such comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We had a great time!

Beautiful House on a Beautiful Island
This was a beautiful home just a short walk from town, well appointed, large kitchen and nice living area, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. We definitely will rent this house again. Host was very responsive to our few requests. Thank you Mark and Deb.

My friends and I stayed at Mark’s property for a long weekend in Nantucket. The place was very comfortable and clean plus a short, peaceful walk to the downtown area! Mark was easy and quick to communicate with which made the check in and check out process seamless. It was a few of our friends first time on Nantucket and we are hoping to make this a yearly trip! Spectacular September Stay
Four friends had a wonderful time at this house. The location is ideal for those who want to be able to walk into town and easily jump on bike paths to beaches, etc. The kitchen is great for cooking with a nice large table. The outdoor space is wonderful for when you want to eat outside and has a nice grill. The living room is stylish and comfy, as are the four bedrooms. We'd love to return :)

Beautiful Classic Nantucket House!
We had such an amazing time at Mark & Debbie’s beautiful property. The house was charming, well stocked, and very cosy. The street out front was quiet, but the walk in to town center was maybe 10 minutes, so it was really the perfect location. Communication with Mark was swift and he was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. My group really appreciated their flexibility with check in/out times after we had some chaotic flight changes. I can’t recommend this house enough and I hope we can return one day!

Amazing home location hosts
We can for the holiday stroll and enjoyed all the fun & festivities but we enjoyed Mark & Debs home even more. An amazing location just far enough out of town for quiet evenings making meals in the gourmet kitchen ! But close enough for a quick crisp walk into the center of town! Beds are extremely comfortable - stunning interiors, plenty of room for 8 of us ! Can't reccommend it highly enough ! You will not be disappointed

ACK rental walking distance to town
My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. There are four nice size rooms with a charming patio for outdoor grilling. The family area is open to the kitchen which is great for those with young families. The house is only a short stroll to town which we walked daily. The host, Mark, is not only extremely responsive but also flexible. We requested a later check out due to our flight times and he was very generous in accommodating our request. We would highly recommend this property.

A delight
Milk Money met all our expectations: close proximity to town, but far enough to give the older non-bikers some pleasant walks. An ‘upside down house’, the second floor kitchen and sitting room combination was particularly comfortable and although we cooked very little, everything was available to make this a pain-free experience should we have wished to do so. The whole family enjoyed returning to Nantucket and although town was obviously busy, Milk Money proved a haven of peace and comfort after busy days. Mark was, additionally, a very considerate host, so thank you for all the courteous and rapid responses!

Milk Money was worth every penny
We LOVED our stay at Milk Money. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The kids thought that it was a little creepy that it was across the street from a cemetery but after initially being "scared" the first night, they were totally over it. Mark was VERY responsive with all our questions before and during the trip. I called him on our last day because our ferry was cancelled and he was very accomidating.....we ended up being able to catch another ferry, so all was fine, but just the peace of mind that we could at least keep our bags somewhere was reassuring. Definitely hope to return to the island and will look to see if Milk Money is available!

Well appointed home located just a short walk from town
The house is updated and has a relaxing, warm vibe. It’s called an upside-down home with the kitchen and living room upstairs, and all bedrooms downstairs. This provided a large, open entertaining space since the kitchen and living room joined together, which we really enjoyed. If you have guests waking up especially early and moving upstairs, just realize others sleeping below will hear though we didn’t find this to be a significant issue. The walk or bike into town, which we did several times a day, was under a mile and we were conveniently located to bike ride to all the beaches and sites. Our host was Johnny on the spot with all communications and the check in and out process was smooth and pain free! Thank you!!

Great stay for thanksgiving!
We had a lovely stay at this property for three nights over the long thanksgiving weekend. Great location with a very easy walk to town. House is beautiful with everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone and the common area on the second floor is fantastic. We especially appreciated the quick communication from our hosts. Will definitely be back!

Nantucket Wedding Week
We stayed "Milk Money' for almost a week while attending a family wedding. The home was super comfortable and the upside-down layout (bedrooms on first floor, living area on second floor) worked perfectly for our extended family. Place had all the amenities and cookware we needed for all of our meals. Walking to town was easy, and Cisco Beach not far. Barlett Farm also very near. Area is great for biking. The driveway is a little steep and entrance to Milk Street just needs to be naviagated carefully using the mirror. Would highly recommend Marc's home!
