I stayed at 21 Broad for a quiet break during the off season. It was perfect. I had a lovely corner room filled with light. The hotel was elegant, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and thoughtful. It felt kind of like staying at a friend’s very nice house. I’m panning on coming back next fall.

Very happy we stayed here on our first trip to Nantucket. It was very convenient to everything you would want as far as restaurants and shopping. Beautiful neighborhood. The staff were very helpful and we would love to come back.

Staff needs to step up hospitality skills, breakfast has declined since last visit. Great location and still a big fan of this place, although see it slipping from last visit a few years ago

The location is excellent. The room was just too small. I personally do not like a pocket door as my bathroom door (especially when it won't stay closed). Breakfast was sophisticated but cold/room temperature and would have liked an option for a warm breakfast (like the quiche or the croissant). Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice outdoor seating/eating area.

All was perfect except there was construction outside our room and the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately it did put a damper on our stay waking up at 6:30 am to the noise

Location was key. They need new linens for sure. Towels like sandpaper. Some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I expected more for $600 a night. Continental breakfast lame
