"Terrible service Was told that they had twin rooms so I booked the hotel. Only when we got there no twin rooms and no other rooms available. Had to book another hotel at extra cost 6 miles away at £200 Hotel is a rip off. Other hotels in the area are full of prostitution was told by the front desk. ..."

"There was no communication from the host initially, i had to request checking in information from customer services. Once requested it did come and everything was smooth.
