"It was a perfect location for me and my daughter. Room was clean and prefect size. Did not really see staff enough to interact with them- they have a self check in/ check out system and no phones in the room if you’re in need of help. Luckily our stay was uneventful, but not sure how to locate staff if needed Also, would be nice if they had a small Shop or vending machine with common items to purchase. "

"This is a beautiful spa hotel north of Tenby (about a five minute drive into the town center). "Parking can be difficult if you arrive late, despite a large car park, but it’s free, and I’ve always got a space with a little patience so can’t complain. Lift has been out of order for at least 4 months, but it’s only 2 storey so not the end of the world. Great staff, good breakfast. Clean. Quiet rooms."

"Stunning scenery and views as soon as you enter the estate and a warm welcome from reception. Room looked lovely, although a few more comforts needed. Better pillows, more toiletries, and the courtyard lighting made it hard to sleep as only had blinds (not blackouts) and no curtains. We stayed 2 nights and had no room service on the second day, so no replaced toiletries, coffee or towels (nothing major but their book said daily service). Lovely big bath. Bed was comfy. "My first stay was very impressive and reasonably quiet considering the city centre location in the middle of swanseas night life. Everything you need within easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was only there for one night playing in a weekend sporting competion. I deal for a covenient place to get your head down, nothing fancy it is what is. Highly recommended. "
