Great apartment
Comfortable, clean apartment in the heart of the city. Great location, with bars, restaurants and shops very close by. Lots to see and explore on foot in Nantes, a lovely city with excellent transport and parking near the centre. 3rd floor flat overlooking a square, no lift, but easily accessible. Good communication with owner. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Be aware that you need to climb 63 steps in fan like style with railing only on one side! Very hard to bring luggage down/up . Surprise this is not noted in description. Apartment is in 3 rd floor close to place royale. Good kitchen, well equipped!

Spacious apartment in great location
This apartment has a large bed and bath. Excellent location. The host and her husband were very welcoming. I highly recommend. Note that much of downtown Nantes is restricted for only pedestrians and bicycles. Parking is off site.

Great location
The apartment was spacious, very nice, clean, well appointed, and close to everything that you need. The kitchen has everything that you need if you choose to cook. Isabelle is very attentive and quick to respond if you need her. Just a note about parking… the best and least expensive parking is at Tour Bretagne and a 10-15 walk to the apartment.

Great location, great host.
As many others have stated this is a great location, just steps from Place Royale - you're looking at it from the living room - and very close to groceries (Monoprix), shops and sightseeing. Parking at Tour Bretagne is very close, and checking in and out was absolutely smooth. Isabelle is a wonderful host who took time to get me familiar with the area, and provided helpful suggestions for meals and sightseeing. The apartment is very bright, pleasant and comfortable with all the modern conveniences, fully enclosed shower, washing machine (rack provided) and lots of closet space. This was a fantastic place to stay on my first visit to Nantes, and I only wish that I could have stayed longer. Sincere thanks to Isabelle and I hope to return before too long.

Fantastic central apartment

Nice apartment near Place Royal so convenient by foot, tram, or taxi to Nantes. Great resources about Nantes in the apartment. Not for travelers who need to go bed early, especially if you need to keep windows open. Owner accommodated request for a badly needed fan during the “Canicule” IMMEDIATELY!! Thank you Isabelle for making our stay in your lovely city of Nantes « formidable ».

Fantastic 3rd floor apartment, looks out to Place Royalei in the centre of the old town. Very comfortable, classic French apartment with everything supplied. Hosts extremely helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to assist us during out stay. Would totally recommend 10/10.

Charming apartment, ideally positioned in the heart of Nantes
We spent 5 days in the apartment in September and would have liked to have stayed for longer. Nantes is a very interesting city with lots to see and do and this apartment allows easy access to most places, either by walking or by its proximity to the city's excellent tram service. We flew out to Nantes airport and the airport bus dropped us just 2 minutes' walk from the apartment. Isabelle welcomed us, personally and was very helpful. We were able to buy provisions easily at a supermarket which was just a very short walk away. The apartment provided everything we needed for a very pleasant holiday. It was very clean and well-kept, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were efficient and easy to use.

A very spacious Apartment right in the centre of Nantes
A very substantial apartment close to everything. The main tram hub is very very close by (about five minutes). I would suggest Isabella, that you provide more bath towels. Overall a wonderful experience in Nantes, and hopefully we will return to this apartment again.
