"We arrived after the front desk was closed - not knowing that we would be unable to get in as no one contacted us with the entry code. Luckily we were able to call and speak with someone who gave use directions on getting the key for our room. The room was fine at a glance but did have some problems. The handle of the faucet in the shower was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stay in place, meaning we had to use the showered as a handheld piece. "The hotel is right smack in the middle of the shopping district in Nantes which is very convenient. It has a rich history which I like. Since mine is a business trip, the lack of a proper work space is a hindrance but it does help me to rest more since I am from South East Asia. The room is spacious and clean.
