"I have stayed here before. The suite we paid for was dirty, dingy, worn, dated and most of all, had black mold on the ceiling and wall. Absolutely unacceptable. What it means is that front desk check in knowingly gave me a suite in such poor shape. They did try to make it better, but I had no desire whatsoever to stay there any further, let alone ever again.
