The staff were very helpful and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Everyone from the concierge, house keeping, fnb services and the Taj club were so welcoming and accommodating. A shout out to Bimal, Kishan, Rajesh and the team we met in the Taj Club for their impeccable hospitality. There was a particular lady from the Taj Club that really stood out from the rest but unfortunately we didn't get her name. Defintiely would stay here again! "

The hotel's restaurant served a variety of dishes with a special emphasis on Bengali cuisine, which I absolutely loved. The food was flavorful, and I particularly enjoyed the local delicacies. The breakfast Buffett was also a highlight, offering wide range of options, from continental to local Indian dishes. Overall, a memorable experience."
