This was our first house of five that we chose for Lake Vistas Properties. It is a large three story lake view house located at 1254 Prather Dr. Nancy KY, less than a mile from Lee's Ford Marina and Pulaski County Park. Enough space to get lost in. A spacious open floor plan to hold large gatherings with plenty of driveway for parking and/or boats along with a very large 2 car garage. Four bedrooms (2 kings, full, and a full/twin bunk bed) with an additional cuddy (3 twin beds) room. Two full baths upstairs, full bath on main level, and half bath downstairs.Open floor plan on main level with full lake views throughout. Two sleeper leather twin sofas on main level also. Basement with full entertainment bar area, pool table, shuffle board, and foosball table, poker table, theatre room. Over 2,000 square feet of decking allowing for the full sound of all the action on the water. King rooms with private Juliet balconies. Main level decking full length of the house with lounging. Lower level decking off bar/entertainment area. Laundry room on main level with washer and dryer and utility sink. Full equipped kitchen, seating at bar area for 4 in kitchen, dining table seats 8, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 sinks, refrigerator with ice maker, all granite countertops, outdoor charcoal grill off of main deck of kitchen with outside dining for 6.

Gorgeous view
I can’t say enough nice things about this house. The home was clean, kitchen huge and made for lots of people, beds were comfortable. Lots of room. The neighbors (especially Danny) were all so nice and friendly. The view is perfect. The house is full of things to do on a rainy day. We will definitely return, hopefully with our adult children as it’s a big place for just two people. We are looking forward to a return visit!

We had a wonderful time with family at this VRBO. The view was incredible, just what you're looking for when you're staying at a lake...plenty of deck to enjoy it. Summer was very easy to communicate with. The kitchen was amazing as was the family room. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals and activities. The downstairs was out of this world with 2 game rooms and a home theater. A definite hit with the whole family...8 adults and 3 children.

So many great spaces to spread out. Beautiful river views on the deck with plenty of seating. Huge kitchen offering space for many cooks at once. Plenty of beds (8+)/bathrooms (3.5). Basement/rec area offers plenty of options. Super close to Lee's Ford Marina - rent a pontoon boat!

This place was amazing! Lots of room, beautiful decor, and AMAZING views off of a extraordinary deck! It was perfect for us and the kids loved the little cubby beds! The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood was wonderful! Just a short drive to Lees Ford Marina where we got a boat slip for the week! I believe the pictures don’t even do this place justice...it’s much better in real life!

Aunt Bonny’s 80th birthday
My sisters and our spouses traveled from Central Illinois to attend our aunts surprise 80th birthday. The rental was only 15 minutes from the party which allowed us more time with our family. The house was nice and home and fit our needs well. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect spot
This is our second time staying at Summer’s house. It is the perfect centrally located spot for a retreat for folks coming from all over Kentucky. We had plenty of space for sleeping, eating, hanging out, and streaming presentations on the smart TV. Summer was very responsive to any questions. We will definitely use it again in the future!
