"This home is spacious, clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are large, with luxurious showers. The kitchen is also large and it was perfect for prepping dinner for our large family. We all enjoyed the big, open game/rec room! Our host was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us! I highly recommend this property!"

"Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking."

"We enjoyed a few days away at this property. Be aware, this unit is on the second floor. There is a stair lift which was a blessing. If you need it, make arrangements in advance. It has an updated kitchen area and even a dishwasher. Also, the outside grill is charcoal, which was provided. The bed was large and comfy."

"We had an amazing stay at the property. The house was very clean and had tons of amenities! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with complimentary chips and had fresh flowers out. We loved the sunroom and spent a ton of time out there watching Tv, watching movies, and playing PlayStation. Internet was non-existent the last couple days but we knew from the listing that it was hit or miss and we used our hotspots. Will definitely be traveling here again to stay in the future!"

"This property was immaculate and tastefully done - bright, airy and open. It suited me and my friend perfectly. There house was well-enough equipped and we did prepare some lavish meals. The deck was great and the neighborhood was particularly quiet. I would suggest some reading lights at each bed and a small chest of drawers for each room - somewhere to set your suitcase while there. The only other thing was the sound on the TV was not good - perhaps consider an upgrade in a speaker system. The...
