"My husband, two young kids (5 & 3), and myself stayed here bc compared to the hotels we thought it was a good deal. However there are lots of extra costs that don’t make it so. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer!
