With check in at 3pm and check out at 10am, there is not much time to enjoy the facilities and onsen. Swimming pool was closed although it was 22 sépia de still warm. This info should have been clearly written in the holel description as we chose this hotel mainly for the swimming pool. Rooms were huge and beds very comfortable but not worth the price. Good restaurants nearby at walking distance. At check out, they charged higher for the room and corrected after I showed my reservation with Hotels.com but apologied for their mistake.

20代です。1番安いプランで1人で泊まりました。 客間は一部壁や床の補修がされてない箇所があったりします。 また、壁が薄いので廊下での他者様の話し声、他部屋のドアの開け閉め音などがよく聞こえます。 海が見えると書かれたプランで泊まりましたが、見えるけど期待していた感じの見え方の部屋ではありませんでした。部屋から海が見たい方はもっと高いプランにした方が良さそうです。 スタッフの対応としては当たり障りのない感じです。ロビーの高級そうな感じからするとギャップがあると思います。 また、若いスタッフはほとんどいません。 ロビーめちゃくちゃ素敵です。 掃除が行き届いてとても綺麗です。トイレもきちんと清掃されていました。お花の手入れもしっかりとされていて、居心地がとても良かったです。 食事は朝食をいただきました。バイキング形式でしたが、メニュー数も豊富で美味しいのでおすすめです。 浴場はとても広くゆったりできます。 露天もあって、寝れる形で入れるので最高です。 また泊まりに行きたいです。

期待していたので少し残念…
オーシャンビューのツインルームを予約しましたが、案内されたのは新館の能登倶楽部の部屋でした。眺望もいまいちでしたし、部屋にWi-Fiがなくとても不便でした。部屋のトイレのウォシュレットの温水、電源は 「入」になっていましたが、ずっと冷水でした。館内の他のトイレもウォシュレットの水が出ない箇所もありました。建物が古いのは仕方ありませんが、設備の管理をちゃんとして欲しいです。ただ、スタッフの方はどなたも感じがよかったですし、夕朝食ともとても美味しかったです。
