"I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . Not a single one labled so guests are having to open the flask lid and put thier nose to smell what the hot liquid is : Tea / Coffee / Hot Chocolate . Not very hygiene. Lack of breakfast items . "I think that hotel should no be on your list to start with. There is a construction working going on nexr oor and it ws to dusty and too noisy. The room was not clean and will email you the photos and wold need a refund??????"

"I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com. Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room.
