"I stayed from the 4th to 18 March. During that time, I had an upset stomach for 2 days. I would like to acknowledge the help that Laisani gave me. When I told her I was unwell she recommended a pharmacy I go to, which I did, and I recovered quickly. She also interpreted a message I had received from the grand-daughter of my nanny who cared for me when I was born in Suva. I value the Holiday inn because of her care of one of the guests, me. "Great location, it was the perfect mix of resort amenities and tropical paradise that felt like you were one with nature. You walk through a beautiful garden to get to your room, and our unit had an outdoor bathroom with jungle! The tide can get quite low so the area isn't always ideal for swimming, but when the tide is high you can snorkel and kayak (free rental). While the mosquitos weren't ideal, they were pretty much everywhere we were on the island so just be sure you bring repellent for the morning and evening meal times. The staff were friendly and the food offered, while somewhat limited, was a great price. The large number of hammocks overlooking the water are perfect for individuals or couples to relax, and we would happily return to this specific resort any time we visit Fiji for at least a few days of our trip. Had we stayed longer than just one night/day, we would have been able to enjoy some of the tours they offer at very reasonable prices. "
