"Wir haben eine Unterkunft über Fewo-direkt gebucht und auch vollständig bezahlt. Leider hat der Vermieter auf Kontaktaufnahme nicht reagiert und nach einem Anruf uns mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft nicht frei ist und er auch keine Buchung erhalten hat. Daraufhin wurde durch ihre Agentur, die Buchung storniert (bislang ohne Geld zurück!!!) und wir mussten ständig irgendwo Quartier suchen. Der Urlaub , der keiner gewesen ist!"

"Overall the house is good. We were their first Stayz clients so there were little things that didn’t match Stayz standards. However Ramos was quick to remedy the problems. I have written a list for him to bring it up to scratch. The house is very large and with 2 lounge areas. A good kitchen with ovens, big fridge and microwave there will be enough crockery and cutlery. The house now has brand new blankets. A good air conditioning system. They don’t have a dryer but washing lines outside in the...
