I was so surprise for my experience of staying in this hotel.
When I get into the hotel, the reception is empty. There is no answer even I ring several times the bell in the front desk
After around 10min., the frontdesk who called ‘깅은지’ holding a cup of something and walking back to her own seat with a speed of snail without any embarrass. When I start asking her to do the checkin, she just focus to her cup of drink and face turn to black and didn’t even look at me at all.
The hotel setting of their frontdesk is linked with ‘CU’ cashier, as I don’t know how to do the selfie payment and ask for her help. She ignored me once again and keep using her own mobile phone for a personal chat. After 5 min., she cut the personal conversation and I finally have a chance to explain I don’t know how to do the selfie scanning bar code reader in the ‘CU’ by myself. She ignored once again.
Receptionist is a very important role for a hotel. They represent the first image of the hotel. May I know what kind of hotel will employ such quality of staff? I will never never never choose this hotel again and will not recommend to my other friends who will visit Namhae.
