"New, clean, with a very accommodating and hospitable staff. Toddler tableware was already there when we checked in, and they brought us a high chair when we asked. Airport transfers available if you let them know ahead of time."

Great accommodations
"Clean, and silent at night. Beds were warm and comfortable. A couple of restaurants and combini shops are walkable, but the ride to Disney is about an hour by train or 35 minutes by car. Car rides are expensive in Japan. All appliances were functional and the shower always had hot water."
