"From entrance to dining, the hotel exudes the decadence and flamboyance of a French colonial past. This hotel is truly luxurious and although a bit pricier for Vietnam it is so worth the extra for the lovely stay it gives. The swimming pool is so outstandingly lavish. By far the best pool we’ve ever swam in. The staff are very friendly and go beyond to make sure we were looked after. "

It is slightly marred by people speaking loudly at night and also was kind of disappointed when I booked a mountain facing a grand deluxe room for two adult and one child, but it only had one king sized bed. Was actually expecting a single bed. Thankfully my child is small sized and the nice breakfast and view "

"Nothing to fault with this property. We were looked after by the fabulous staff from the moment we arrived. We were presented with a welcome drink, our bags were stored until checkin (we arrived early after travelling to Sapa on the overnight train) and we were offered the use of showers in the pool area. This continued throughout our stay, with Sarah checking in on us every day via WhatsAp to see if we needed any advice or assistance with planning our day. We have never had this level of personalised service anywhere else we have stayed. The room was very spacious, and the view… wow! The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of town, making it quiet but only a short 5 minute walk to all the nearby shops and cafes. While there is some construction next door at the moment, we were not disturbed by this at all. Overall, this hotel is incredible value for money."

"This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . I definitely recommend this place. "
