"Beautiful sleepy resort on a serene beach. Don't book a hotel on Saikaew beach, it's busy and noisy. I spent 5 happy days rejuvenating at this resort. I still miss it 3 weeks later. I'm dreaming of my beach hut."

"Only 100 meters from the pier, where the boat drops you. Very quiet. Very clean. All rooms overlook the sea. You are literally 10 meters from the sea. Walk the 100 meters back to the pier and you are in the area with bars and restaurants. Lovely staff, willing to help with anything. Each room has a seating area outside with a hammock. So relaxing. Good breakfast too, which was not included in my package, but cheap enough. Would recommend Sunrise Villas & would definately stay again."

"Like the clean and comfy bed . Next to shopping mall , where plenty of restaurants to choose , Big C is on 2nd floor for groceries needs . Breakfast is fantastic for menu changes daily . Do not like the hotel toilet exhaust , seem not working fine as I can smell the not so pleasant smell . Overall , all is excellent during my stays . "

The location is unbeatable, right across the street from a beautiful beach with crystal-clear ocean water, and numerous beachfront restaurants just steps away. "Samed Pavilion is a convenient base for this area of the island. Whilst not the most luxurious stay in the area, it is clean, pleasant and the staff are friendly and efficient. Strongly recommend for those who prefer to enjoy beach life rather than spend all their time on holiday in a hotel. "
