"Property & Staff were great. Allowed us to check in early, answered questions & provided extra supplies as needed. I did think it funny that the room was only set up to accommodate 3 persons, we had 4 listed on the reservation. There were 2 spoons missing of the 3, the ice maker leaked, so the fridge had standing water & the base of the freezer was frozen. My 14yo was able to fix it. There was also a seal out in the upper shower glass, 14yo was able to put it back in. Breakfast was great, we were able to make small meals/snacks in the room which was wonderful. We will definitely be looking for more offerings from this brand in the future. "

"Customer Service is excellent here. I have stayed here 3 times this year and every time has been wonderful experience. The surroundings is maintained very well. The apartments are always clean and stocked as expected. The environment is nice and quiet. I felt very safe being there. My only suggestion would be, the TV's needs to be updated with the ability to use streaming services. This will always be my number one place to stay when visiting family in the area. Thank you!!!!"
