"We were assigned at the last cottage which is very far from the reception. There was no transport avail for us to go to and fro the resto and recep area. That’s why we opted for room service for both dinner and breakfast since it is unsafe to go to the restaurant when there is no ample lighting and the way up is not very well lit and not cemented. It could have been better if they asked us our cottage preference especially that we are not from Kenya ans it is our first time in the country. "

"The was confusion and I ended up staying at the resort. I would have been very disappointed to stay at the hotel with the money I paid. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful and my room was very quiet. The breakfast was super. Although the resort is in Karagita, I never experienced anything negative. The lighting in the room should be improved since some people come to work not just leisure."

"Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! Would definitely tell my friends visiting to choose this Hotel. "

"The listing advertised wifi which was not available most of the time and when it was available, it was very weak and slow. The same can be said for the shower. Little to no hot water. "I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!...
