"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and considerate. After a long and exhausting flight, we arrived in the morning, and even though check in time was at 2 PM, they kindly allowed us to check in early. This was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as I’ve traveled to other countries where early check-ins are rarely permitted. "At the check-in there was a delay due to offered a double bed room. My booking for a Twin beds. The overall stay was good, but music was heard every night from a bar or disco until late at night. The room was missing towel and took me several calls but not delivered. The breakfast was good of variety of food for different taste. Overall not to the standard for Radisson chain of hotels which I stayed before."

"It was close to the elevator and its window show the street and some coconut trees. The entire team was cheerful and smiling the whole time , the front desk was such a nice gentleman, he made sure that our room is convenient for my mother. Big thanks to the housekeeping team and the head of department who came and asked us for our feedback , she really deserves big appreciation , such a nice lady ! "

"Brand new hotel, spacious, clean but lacking some basic amenities. You can't access any steaming service or mirror device to TV which is very surprising for a new hotel/TV. Also surprising is lack of towels, you get two bath towels and no other for drying hands etc."

"Very friendly staff. Basic but nice room. Odd noises at night (quiet machines), but otherwise very comfortable. Nice in house meal, albeit drinks were initially forgotten. "The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

"Very bad experiance i had .I travel a lot and never found such a hotel and such people. Horrible. During my stay of nine days they have cleaned my room just once and came back to clean on the last day i told them to get lost i dont neec cleaning.
