Dont do it - we left after one night.
Communication was terrible and depended on us having a local phone to contact the property manager. The name of the listing isnt the name of the apartment complex and gps doesnt bring you to the apartment. Once we finally arrived, we had no access to wifi and had to request that the apartment building security guard contact the owner for the wifi password to be able to communicate with the owner on whatsapp. Once arriving in the apartment, it was still.dirty from.previous occupant. Bathroom floors and mats still wet, sheets still dirty. Dirty linens in closets and not enough towels/linens for the number of people on our booking. We tolerated it and passed out. Booking states two king beds, they are only full beds wit mattresses hard as a rock. We all woke up sore and looking to take a shower but encountered no running water in bathrooms and trickling cold water in kitchen as well as no toilet paper. We contacted property owner and waited hours for water to "be fixed." A rude lady showd up at the door with toilet paper but no clean sheets/bedding and no mention on running water. So we left and sought another hotel for the remaining 3 nights of our reservation. Owners refused to refund the remaining days and wouldnt acknowledge we checked out. Worst hotels.com experience. We expected at a minimum that hotels.com could ensure running water at their listings.
