Uncomfortable stay in Nairobi
It is a very ordinary hotel with no attention to guest requirements. We were pushed into a non-ac room without information and we had to ask for an ac room which was allotted in a very noisy section. Our rest was severely disrupted. We are not happy with the hotel at all. Don't know why the hotel is kept so dark everywhere including the rooms.

We stayed here for one night after arriving late in Nairobi, and it was just what we needed. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, close to the airport, good price. I would recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and we were offered healthy choices. We arrived at 3am and the communication was excellent. We found the driver waiting for us as promised. I would stay there again and again.

Very pleasant and convenient.
This hotel put us close to the airport for a 5:30a.m. departure. Excellent service and facilities. Very satisfactory restaurant: food, service, PLUS a panoramic view of the airport. VALUABLE TIP: Approach this hotel from the Nairobi Expressway --NOT from Outer Ring Road.
