"Good location…nice breakfast"

"The hotel was fine, perhaps a little dated. Breakfast was okay--I wasn't aware it was included in the cost of the room. My only gripe is this: next time I will NOT reserve it through hotels dot com. Reserving directly was around 50 euros, whereas hotels dot com was more than twice that."

"Room was spacious, quiet and impeccably clean, with a very nice bathroom. Couple of things that could be improved - double bed was two singles pushed together and beds/pillows too hard. Also no coffee/tea facilities in the room. Otherwise excellent, although price was very premium. "

"Loved this place! Stayed here with 5 other people and the room was so nice and clean. We loved the 2 showers and 2 toilets especially. Staff was great and showed us how to get to grandvalira. Recommend!"

"Really good located hotel in the middle of Andorra. Big rooms and big toilet, with shower and also bath tub. Pet friendly! Which makes it easy for a family holiday :) Great customer service too! Really helpful "

"In general the hotel was fine although the breakfast opens from 8am which was late for me since I got the bus at 8. Also you need too book spa in advance, I stayed there for 1 night and during checkin I tried to book a slot and all were taken already"

Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. "Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold plunge were very pleasant after skiing. Would stay here again. Offered indoor (very tight) parking if needed. Narrowly managed a Mazda CX30. Don’t know how a bigger car can make it! Only thing I wish I knew was that Andorra has major elevation changes in just a short distance. The hotel is at about 6600 feet and you need chains or socks for your wheels if you want to make it during any snow. Great place to stay and we were very happy here. Elena and Darturo (I think… sorry if I got that wrong) were great help. "

Good stopping point on our way

"The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. We only stayed one night, so, it was easy to clean up before we left. Just be aware of their policy. The apartment is 4 rooms- kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping and a small sleeping area with a bunk bed. It was cramped for the 4 of us. "
