"We booked to stay at Haus Saarland am Rennsteig. On arriving at the hotel we found it was closed and a notice telling us to go to another hotel, Hotel Thuringenschanze which was about 0.5km away. Since we had arrived by public transport we had to walk there with our luggage. On checking in at the new hotel we were not offered Oberhof guest cards. "Die Ferienwohnung ist klasse! Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber da können gut 5 oder 6 Leute wohnen, zumal es durch die drei Schlafzimmer auch Rückzugsräume gibt. Einrichtung sehr angenehm, Küche super ausgestattet. Auch das Heizen mit dem Holzofen (gibt auch normale Heizung!) hat gut funktioniert. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die unten im Haus wohnen.
