"There were many pluses - great communication, clear instructions on how to access the property, good location, good heat, spacious, with up-to-date bathrooms. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that the bed linens were not great , towels were minimal and not very big. Also bring your own soap and shampoo"

"The accommodation totally matched up to our expectations. The decor was immaculate throughout. Simple clean lines and neutral colours meant that even with 10 of us staying the place never looked cluttered. The rooms were all equal sized so there was no quibble over who slept where. The beds had already been made up as twins as requested. The walk to the riverside attractions was a pleasant 20 minutes and taxis easily available when required. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. "

"Great location and one of the few places that could accommodate our large group. Short walk to the metro and train station. Plenty of places close by to eat. And if you are traveling during the summer - air conditioning. In addition, hosts met us when we arrived and helped arrange transportation to airport for our large group. Don’t know if they manage smaller properties, but if they do.... I would expect them to be fantastic."

"The flat was very clean and had adequate bedrooms and bathrooms. The WiFi was intermittent at best. Our VRBO contacts were VERY GOOD about keeping in contact with us when we had a problem, and it did get resolved after a couple days. We also needed more kitchen and bath towels.(We stayed 5 days with 7 guests and had do go to Bubbles to do laundry) Only one kitchen towel was provided. The toilet paper rolls were only partially full when we arrived without extras, maybe this is something the...

"Best aspect of this property is the air conditioning system which was key during a stay in July. Better AC here than a much more expensive hotel we stayed at before. Neighborhood felt safe to walk around -- largely residential, and not as close to some attractions, but so easy to get around in taxis here."
