We had a family get away with 14. House is well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable. House has an elevator, golf cart, pool and hot tub. It was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the stay.

The perfect spot for our friend getaway
The property was clean and in good repair. The hot tub and pool maintenance tech was on site cleaning when we got there and was very nice. All the beds were made and towels provided. We loved the balconies and how close the property was to the beach but also shops

Just like home!!
Thank you for another great year in the Outer Banks! This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house and it’s even better than the first. The location is perfect and there is a golf cart. provided to make going to the beach even easier. There was 14 of us and plenty of space for everybody to do their own thing. Thanks for an awesome trip!!!!

Great place to stay
This home is fantastic! It's in a great location, just a few steps to the sand. The abundance of en suite bathrooms made it great for our group of friends with plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen is spacious and the appliances are good. When we got there, the coffee maker wasn't anywhere to be found. We txt'ed the available number and a brand new Mr. Coffee pot was delivered within an hour! That was an impressive response! Could use a few more serving bowls and platters. Overall, we really enjoyed the space!

Cape Coral is a Gem
On the way home from one of our extended family vacations-15 of us, multigenerational-had the time of our lives swimming, beaching, dining & chilling at the beautiful Cape Coral. The house is large & beautiful-beyond comfortable for the 15 of us! John is a wonderful host-responds immediately to any questions and is there promptly if you should need his service. I can’t recommend staying at Cape Coral enough-going home to make our booking for next summer!

Cape Coral is an amazing house!
Our family absolutely loved this home, it's gorgeous!! The house was super clean, spacious, and comfortable! We loved the huge kitchen and dining table that everyone gathered around. The large sofa in the living room, and beds were very comfortable. The game room down stairs was a huge hit, as well as the pool, hot tub, and golf cart! The house was stocked amazingly, and we had everything we needed. The location was key since this home is very close (within walking distance) to the beach, grocery store, eateries, etc. (Additional shops and the fishing piers are all within a short drive away). We cannot wait to return to Cape Coral in the future!!

Cape Coral Family and Friends Fun
Cape Coral was beautiful updated home. Very clean and in good location. Weather was cool and windy but with pool being heated we enjoyed that. Everything was labeled in kitchen and easy to find. Loved the double refrigerators and dishwashers. We did have an issue with wi fi but when contacted it was addressed quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Cape Coral could not have been more perfect for our OBX family vacation! The open floor plan, abundance of seating and beautiful renovations were exquisite! We had family in from Illinois and South Carolina who were in awe of their accommodations and all the OBX sights and experiences we shared in for the week. We all appreciated the elevator for bags, cases of water and groceries. The pool and hot tub was SO appreciated by all. Breezy rides in the golf cart to the beach and Food Lion made for a fun time with the Grands. All family agreed, Cape Coral was the BEST! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful and accommodating. The extras beach chairs games and pinball were a hit with my grandchildren.John you have great people skills. I also have been property owner and your accommodations are top notch. Not really a negative but housecleaning meds to vacuum around and behind washers and dryer. A lot of dust in filters previous renters should have also cleaned. Thank you again for letting us enjoy are vacation. Just BEAUTIFUL

Home was great for family. Only 2 downsides. Would have preferred gas grill as preparing charcoal takes so long. Door handles to outside allow 22 month old to escape far too easily. Otherwise, very nice place and enjoyed pool, hot tub and other amenities. Great location.

Best Location in OBX! Less than 60 seconds to Beach, Golf Cart & heated Pool Amazing
We absolutely loved staying at Cape Coral this fall with our family of 1-85yr olds! The location is absolutely perfect. It was so convenient being within walking distance to Food Lion/Fresh Market grocery stores & some amazing restaurants. The Dune restaurant for Breakfast is fantastic! You really have some wonderful beach views from the main floor of the house. Owners just put in a brand new kitchen which was awesome. The golf cart is fantastic for shooting around the beach road or loading up all your beach stuff. The beach access is probably a 30 second walk from the house, pretty much directly across the street. It is a really nice private access with bathrooms, showers and seating areas. Everything in this house is far beyond what we would generally experience in a OBX house rental. Furnishings are all high end with super thick and comfortable mattresses. Everything is new and extremely clean and well kept!
