Summary:
Enjoy this dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Shore Havin' Fun! is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!



This is a second floor (technically third, as there is pull-under parking), updated, oceanfront condo with two bedrooms, and two baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!

Take in the breathtaking ocean views, enjoy magnificent sunrises, and soak in all the sights and sounds of ocean living while sipping your morning coffee on your spacious, 24' x 6' balcony. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen SMART TVs, and beautiful deck furniture round out the features that will make this condo a stylish, inviting and comfortable home away from home.

Other property features include: cable, WiFi, direct beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season) and children's playground area. Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building. Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-serve basis.

There is a two-dog maximum, we can not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. 

Shore Havin' Fun! is centrally located to many great local attractions including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more are also close by.

We enjoyed our stay with our pups. Loved the location - Right down the street from Sam & Omies was a plus! Great view of the ocean from the patio. Will be back in the future!

Gem condo hidden in Nags Head
1st off the condo has amazong views from both living & bedroom. Although bldg was old, it was sturdy and wekl maintained; except for no evaluator to unit. Other then that, its a quiet a place w/plenty places to diine!

1st OBX visit
Enjoyed our 36th anniversary 1st time visit to OBX the last week of August 2024! Would stay at Pier View Shore Havin Fun condo again! Unit 202. Loved the units updated decor and location. (Guests staying in blue house to side of balcony definitely obnoxious and annoying a couple of nights) but would stay here again and will definitely visit OBX again.

We had a great stay with our pups. The beach was chilly & mostly empty which was great for nice long walks with the pups. First visit to Nags Head won’t be the last. Fresh seafood delicious!

We had a great stay in this beautifully updated, modern condo! We watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning from the deck, which has a fabulous view! The kitchen is well-stocked, and the property is very clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed our visit. The covered porch is great for the views and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked, modern, and easy to get around it. Bathrooms are nice. The caretakers of the property were helpful. This is on our permeant list of dog friendly spots.

This place was stunning! The kitchen, living room and primary bedroom was perfection! The bathroom in the primary bedroom is updated and gorgeous! The balcony was my favorite part! Waking up to daily sunrises and being able to view a huge part of the shore and down was so lovely to read a book and drink coffee too. Would definitely come back again!

Fabulous vaca with the Pup!
This space was amazing. It was super clean, cozy and comfortable for those chilly days or nights that we wanted to just relax. When we wanted to go out it was close to all the restaurants we needed. This was our pups first time at the beach and she loved it. She also loved relaxing by the fire place. Coffee with a blanket on the balcony was a great start to the day. We highly recommend this space and we will definitely be back!

Shore Havin' Fun was a good find on VRBO
Good location, great caretakers, updated condo, well maintained dog yard area, excellent side balcony view of ocean complete with multiple dolphin sightings. Dumb waiter helped get supplies and baggage to second level. Underground parking if you can grab a space. Near the intersection of Hwy 12 and Virginia Dare Trail with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping.

Immaculate condo-gorgeous view of the ocean-well cared for by Mike & Lisa-absolutely no issues and I can't say enough about how wonderful this whole experience was. Mark was extremely gracious and accommodating . They all made sure we were well taken care of. We will most definitely be back!

Comfortable condo with a great view and a great location. Clean with a well equipped kitchen.
We enjoyed our stay in Pier View 202. Despite its age, the condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. The view from the balcony is lovely. Beach access is great. It will be nice when the luggage elevator is up and running. The pools were clean with crystal clear water. Great location close to great dining and entertainment options. We will definitely consider renting again. Great value.

Awesome OBX Experience!
We had an awesome OBX experience during our stay. Saw turtles hatch, dolphins swimming, amazing sunrises, surfing competition right within our vicinity. We even survived the winds and waves brought on by Idalia! Only complaint is that there is no elevator. That’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars overall. Would be fine for younger folks, but wore on my knees. But definitely a beautiful place to stay!!

Clean and updated condo with nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Two swimming pools (one small and one medium sized), outside showers for washing off the sand from the beach which is only a few steps away from condo. Only improvements I would suggest is to remove large jetted tub from master bathroom and replace with a nice walk in shower, and a lounge chair on the balcony would be a great addition!!! The on-site property managers (Mike & Lisa) were very responsive to the minor issues we encountered; very pleasant folks!

Beachfront location good, that is it!
The condo location next to the beach was about the only positive experience we could agree on. When we first walked into the condo, we were overwhelmed by a musty smell for which we had to purchase air purifiers to get rid of the odors. The outlets next to each sink in the bathrooms did not work properly. We found cockroaches in our dog's water bowl that was sitting on the floor in the kitchen and on the wall in the master bedroom. The flooring in the kitchen and dining area was sticky. There was no elevator for this building which required us to carry everything up and down stairs that were narrow and slippery with the moisture coming off the ocean. Overall, our stay was not pleasant and we do not recommend to others looking for a pet friendly condo on the OBX.
