Inside your home away from home, discover updated and sun-splashed living quarters. Here, the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen blend in perfect unison. When you aren't sampling the area's local fare, utilize the kitchen's ample meal prep space and updated appliances to show off your culinary skills. Sit back and stream your favorite TV shows and movies in the inviting living area, or follow the charming nautical-themed decorations in each bedroom adorned with high-quality linens and central air-conditioning. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and internet access.

Every morning, get outside and gaze at the sunrise's mesmerizing orange, pink, and yellow hues as they meet the water. When another day on vacation begins, step down to the immediate beach access and feel the waves on your toes.

We highly recommend 4x4 vehicles for parking at this rental home. Storms can quickly change the condition of a parking area, causing sand accumulation and potential vehicle damage (either sand-blasting or vehicles becoming stuck). Vacasa is not liable for any towing costs or damage to a vehicle. While Vacasa cannot guarantee the condition of a parking area, we do have parking areas professionally scraped after storms when necessary.

Great stay and perfect location right on the ocean, quite side of Nags Head
Really enjoyed our stay in this classic beach house which is perched on the beach itself. Amazing sun rises and prefect spot to get away from it all and relax with the family. We look forward to returning.

The views were amazing the house was cute just wish our issue was addressed
House fit us all 10 people , a couple of the beds didn’t have clean sheets when we got there , the vacuum didn’t work, dryer didn’t work ( after multiple attempts to have it fixed or replaced) . The views is what made it worth it .

Awesome
It was so lovely being right on the beach. Even when the weather didn’t cooperate, we could watch the waves and the dolphins. The house was very comfortable (except for the one queen mattress in the front bedroom). Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed.

This cottage was exactly the location I wanted, however, the cottage itself could use some TLC. My main complaint was that the dryer didn’t work. I reported it and nothing was done the entire week! I will not rent through Vacasa again!

Beautiful location & super cute house!
We loved this house!! It's so cute and has the perfect location to the beach! This house actually had screens in most of the windows which a lot of these house do not that we have stayed in. You could leave the windows open and hear the ocean all day and night! It was very peaceful here. I went with my mom and my two kids for three nights. We had plenty of room. You could comfortably fit probably 6-8 people in this house. For sure could squeeze 10-12 with the sleeper sofa but it would be tight. We loved the house! Kitchen could use some restocking & some bed upgrades but other than that it was wonderful! The bunk bed room was cool. My kid made a fort with blankets and loved it! The TV in the bunk room needs an upgrade. The other rooms were ok. The driveway was a little tricky because of the accumulation of sand. We did not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle so we didn't park all the way up on the driveway the first night we were there. A person cleared some of the driveway with a bobcat while we were staying so we were able to get all the way up the driveway the remainder of our stay. When leaving I got too close to the dune behind our house and temporarily got stuck so be careful/cautious of that if you do not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We loved this house and would definitely stay again!

Misleading property.
Upon arrival the condition of the house was not what the pictures on your website stated. This house needs a lot of repair and also have several liability and hazard issues. The water lines to the stick out of the ground which can easily be broken also the cablle lines are above ground and my foot got caught in it and I fell and messed my knee up I sent pictures. The house is overpriced. My knee up

Cant get any closer to the ocean!
Cant say enough about the view. Whether you are in the living room, on the deck, or on the sand no other house in the area has a better view. Also, so close to anything else you want to do in the area. Vacasa was very responsive to any questions we had. We'll be back!
