It has everything you need with an open and airy floor plan. The living area has comfy seating and a 50" HDTV with a Blu-ray player. You'll find everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen island has seating for 4 and the dining room table seats 6, so there is plenty of space for everyone at meal-time. Each spacious bedroom has a 32" HDTV and Bluray player and will be the perfect place to lay your head at the end of a fun-filled OBX day. The home is also dog friendly, so you can bring your furry family members along too!
Exploring Nags Head: Swimmers, surfers, and fishing enthusiasts will be in heaven with easy, "no stair" access to a life-guarded beach (in season). When you're done at the beach, you can venture out to enjoy our local fine and casual dining spots and historic attractions. Landmarks like Jockey's Ridge, Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jennette's Pier, NC Aquarium, and so much more are easily accessible from this condo in the heart of Nags Head. Bring your family, friends, and doggies, and make Pooh's Corner your home away from home, where you can chase all the clouds from the sky.
Beach Access: Easy beach access right next to the Dune Lantern building. Parking lot and walkway just north of the building.
No Smoking/Vaping, Dog Friendly (2 Small 25 lbs or less or 1 large). Please use green space in front of building to walk dogs as yard on east-side of building is not for guest use. Electric fireplace is timer controlled to save power and has a remote to change the flame color to set the mood. The parking lot has room for approximately 2 cars per unit.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
