Cozy Semi Oceanfront Cottage with a Hop, skip and a jump to the beach

Take a getaway to this serene little cottage with a short walk to the beach. Located closely between two public beach accesses, it’s easy to take a stroll to the ocean. Enjoy reading or catching up on emails in the front sun room in one of two cozy sitting areas. The home offers two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen and a shared bathroom. There is a full kitchen with a sun deck off the back. Easy walk to breakfast or dinner at The Dunes Restaurant and putt putt, shopping and ice cream across the highway (there is a crosswalk at stoplight south of the house.)

Tastefully redone cottage with great location.

This is the perfect place for a getaway in the Outerbanks! The place has literally everything you could possibly need and the location is prime with the beach across the street. The description matches perfectly and it’s super clean! Highly recommend this place for your next OBX getaway!

Great beach location!
Check-in at this property was incredibly efficient and the owner was responsive to all of our needs! The location is awesome! Public access to the beach was just a few hundred feet away. We were also a very short drive away from shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.

Perfect for small family getaway!
Property was very clean, well decorated, and fully stocked. Great location to walk to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. Convenient outdoor shower and extra storage below for sandy beach chairs and toys. Would prefer in-unit laundry (as opposed to shared/coin operated), otherwise would highly recommend!

Great location!
Very happy with our decision to stay at Patrick’s cozy cottage in Nags Head. Sunroom is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and enjoy Duck Donuts and coffee. Beach is an easy walk as are some restaurants and shopping. Bedrooms are good size and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances. Was thrilled to have a rental with a working ice maker! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice property! The property was clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. It was perfect for our family. The location is great with the beach just across the street. The property owner was extremely responsive and considerate. We experienced some bad weather at the start of our trip and he generously offered to let us stay late our last day to enjoy the nice weather. I thought that was very nice! I definitely would recommend staying here.

Nice experience. Very clean and well decorated property. Had all the basics and simple to use features without complicated instructions to figure out. Had an issue with the fridge during our stay; owner was very responsive. Although the repair could not be made while we were there, he offered a cooler with ice as a good alternative to keep our food from spoiling. Would stay there again.
