The Sandbar Life is a modern second row Beach home furnished and decorated to provide you a fun and relaxing vacation. There is composite deck furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the waves rolling onto the beach. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3 level beach home located in Dolphin Run at the Village of Nags Head which includes access to the Village Beach Club, Private Community Club House with Restaurant and Olympic size Oceanfront Pool, Tennis courts, private beach parking and access in season. The main level is open with Ocean views with gas fireplace in the Family Room and extra large dinning room table for 10. The Sandbar has its own private Hot Tub and is pet friendly. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. The second floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer. First floor master bedroom with en-suite . The Sandbar has ocean views from the rear decks and is only a short, less than 2 min, walk to beach. Covered parking and private drive way for vehicles. The Sandbar is located in a cul-de-sac and has a private basketball goal. Everything you need to enjoy or relax is close by, shopping, restaurants, attractions. Bedding: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins and 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. Hot tub seats 6, 6 TVs, 6 DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player, Video Library, Pack-n-play, Bikes, Outside shower, Charcoal Grill, Beach toys and chairs, wireless internet. Administration fee covers linens, cleaning, hot tub, towels, etc.

OBX vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The only downside was that the close beach access was under construction and closed so had to drive to beach access.

Outer banks getaway
The house was fantastic. Location is amazing, beach access a 3 minute walk, close to all of the stores (Food Lion, Food Market, Duck Donuts!). Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will look to stay there again for sure!

Prime Location
We were an extended family with 8 adults and 3 children. The Sandbar had bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The top floor bedroom and bathroom were wonderful. Some of the other beds were not as comfortable. The hot tub was a big hit with hurricane Debby hanging around. We loved the location by beach and clubhouse.

Everything you need and close to the beach
We were extremely pleased with our stay at The Sandbar. It had everything you needed and more. It was about a block from the beach and in a really safe area. They even had beach toys and beach chairs, so leave yours at home. The owner was extremely responsive to us prior to and during our stay. We couldn't be happier. The house was clean and included linens on the beds. We loved the proximity to everything. This is a great VRBO. We plan on staying again.

Excellent Property
The house is fantastic. The main living area, master bedroom and bathroom are updated, modern and clean. The beach access within a couple of minutes walk and there are multiple excellent restaurants within a short drive. I'll definitely rent this property again in the future.

Perfect for Family Fun
This was the perfect stay for our mix of families with kids ranging in age from 8 months to 15 years old. The location is amazing - public beach access is a short walk away and there was access to a community pool when we needed a break from the beach. The kitchen is well appointed and had enough dishes and utensils for everyone. And Charles was very responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner. We had a great family vacation here and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great vacation
We spent spring break here with our family. Very relaxing. This home had everything we needed and more. The grandkids especially enjoyed the basketball hoop during the chilly days. It's just a short walk to the beach and the beach wagon shared by the owner made it so easy. The master bedroom shower was awesome. The kitchen has all the necessities.

Easter Family Reuion
Charles is a wonderful host and this home is very cozy. It’s well-stocked and comfy. Pasa has bikes and plenty of stuff to enjoy the nearby beach. Only complaint was the Jacuzzi was having a Lotta challenges the week we were there which was disappointing but Charles make sure the service guy came each time the hot tub would not work right we would definitely go to Charles sis beach home again in the future

Extremely Well Equipped Rental
The property was extremely well equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. In fact, we didn’t expect to find so many water “toys” in the outdoor closet! The homeowner also answered any questions very quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to take a group to Nags Head.

Back again. Feels like home.
Once again we retuned to true same house we’ve rented the past several years. It’s comfortable, clean, has everything we need. The location is perfect for us. It’s clean and ready. Charles always is just a text away and responds quickly. We love his home and that we can treat it like ours for a week every year. We wouldn’t go any where else. My self. My daughter and her two kids. My sister. My mother and 5 grandchildren I raise. 11 plus the dog and it’s perfect!!!!!

Again and again
Three years of finally taking a vacation since raising my grandchildren and third year at this fabulous house. It has everything we need. Perfectly located. Wonderful people at the village beach club that welcome us and know us by name. And yes before we left we booked our fourth year right here at The Sandbar Life. Our (borrowed) home away from home and perfect get away!!!! Blessings Charles!! Thank you Rhonda and gang (me, 7 grandchildren, 1 nephew, a daughter, a sister and my mom).

Great Property
The home was clean and the location is perfect for beach lovers. We did a lot of cooking, and the home is well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen. We would definitely consider this home again if we return to OBX. The only thing that would have been appreciated is more towels. There was only one kitchen dish rag and 2 dish towels. Because we cooked a lot, we had a lot of clean up and had to wash the towels multiple times. Beach towels would also be great to have available for use. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the property.

Excellent location
This property overall was great. The location to the beach access was ideal. The property was really close to a couple grocery stores and several restaurants. The house had everything we needed to prepare our meals for the week. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the house. I went through and vacuumed the house before we settled in and found dust and hair balls behind some furniture but I suppose that’s to be expected with a pet friendly house. One of the toilets hadn’t been cleaned very well. However, with all that being said, we will highly consider this house for our vacation next year.

The Perfect Spot
We had a fantastic stay at Charlie's home! The house was wonderful and stocked well with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. They kitchen has it all so its very easy to stay in and cook or grill. Our only complaint about the house was the comfortableness of the beds. The masterbed was fine but the others could definitely be updated. The location is perfect. So close to the beach and The Village Beach Club which we love having access to! Its so nice to be able to spend the day at the beach and then end the afternoon at the pool before heading home. Charlie's house even has beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes...you don't have to bring a thing! Lastly, we were so grateful to bring our dogs with us. Being a pet friendly house, it was completely clean and you would be none the wiser that pets stay there. Overall, I highly recommend The Sandbar Life!!

Surprise Ocean Views
The house was a perfect size for us. We had plenty of room all around. Lots of beach goodies in the shed. I would set up a coffee pot on the second floor instead of having two coffee pots on the third floor. Maybe in the entry way table with cups inside the cupboard? Beds are a little hard nothing a mattress pad wouldn’t fix. Had an issue with a handle, a stuck door, and slow drain but I contacted the number provided and let them know. Overall great location if you want to be near everything. Beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, mini golf, everything is minutes away. I would definitely come back, so would everyone that came with me.

Large and Homey
Charles’s home has a great layout for large families and also works well for just a couple. The master is on the top floor with the living room, kitchen, half bath and a deck facing the ocean and one facing the sound. No need to climb the steps unless you are leaving the house. We have rented many VRBO homes in many locations and this was the first one where there is a very obvious first aid kit available. That is such a great idea! The light fixtures for the whole house are labeled which is another small touch that goes a long way. As others have mentioned the home is well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the outdoor closet with bikes and beach gear. The extra large laundry room is also a plus. Communication with Charles was terrific. Sadly we had to leave a day early due to Ophelia but the rest of the week was perfect at the beach!

Our stay at the Sandbar
The house was fantastic and well appointed. Close to many restaurants and the grocery store. We liked that it is located in a quieter section of Nag’s Head. Very close to the beach, but during our time there the beach ramp across the street was closed for construction. We had to find a different beach access, but that wasn’t an issue. We liked, as others have said, that the light switches are labeled – that is a nice touch. There are many things to do if you don’t want to do the beach, all very close to the house. We visited Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, the Wright Brothers Museum/Memorial, and the Aquarium in Manteo. All are within a few minutes’ drive. We loved the hot tub, and it was very well maintained. One point to mention: while there are TV’s in every bedroom, they are not all hooked up to cable/roku. We brought our own Chromecast, which solved the problem, but had we not, it could have been an issue since we had a few bad weather days. Overall, we found the house to be very family friendly, clean, and with everything we needed for a week’s stay. We would highly recommend the Sandbar!

Canadian in nags head
All was well place was clean.only one thing the cleaning staff doesn't check the dryer. We could not get the filter out. There was so much lint in there .we had to take the vacuum and clean down into the bottom of the dryer
