"It was a great experience... from the warm welcome, the smooth check in process, service @ lunch, dinner & breakfast was all absolutely great. The front desk staff and the restaurant chefs & service team were all so hospitable & accomodating to our requests. Live singer at the restaurant needs a mention too!! Must visit resort for a short break from the Mumbai madness!! Keep it up guys, will be back soon 👍"

"Friendly staff. Big clean pool. Strong wi fi signal. Pleasant view over the lake. I had a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen/laundry/ staff rest room so there was constant noise from early morning to late at night. The room also looked out onto the road so the village ladies would sit on the wall around the lake in the evening and gossip. And on my last night a group from out of state came to party in the restaurant on the floor above so it sounded like a nightclub until 1:30 am. The only peaceful area was around the pool and then not before the workers constructing a property next door had gone home. The website says the rooms are soundproofed but this is not true. This could be a lovely tranquil resort if the sound issues are addressed. "

"The staff are very polite and it was nice to observe that everyone was putting their efforts to make your stay comfortable. Cleanliness was owsome and the maintenance of the property is excellent. Although, we are vegetarians and not expecting good food in a beach location but suprisingly, the food was satisfactory even for us. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay, will definately recommends for travellers looking for clean and cosy stay."

"The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place. "

"Hotel is 3 Star but.. there is no facility like this level. There is no proper breakfast even i have paid for breakfast. Room service also not up to the mark. "

"Liked the fact its walkable to beach, food was good, very pricey for New Year's eve. Bathroom was out dated, the toilet cover kept falling off. Other than that its a good place to stay. I would suggest increase more entertainment and other activities. Had a good new years party. "

"Hotel location was beneficial as it was at the centre. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was well maintained. There were lot of varieties in breakfast. Swimming pool was nice as well as parking location. Exceptionally good were there staff. "
