"Upon checking in, the staff was pretty nice and accommodating. He showed us our room, seemed clean. We were tired so we didn’t mind how rundown the room is cause we were only staying there for one night after all, just ordered food so we can watch our show. Problem #1 was the food we ordered, Chicken Cordon Bleu was very raw. The staff was glad enough to take it back to cook it properly, though. "Room size is perfectly adequate. Bed is comfortable. Laundry was crisp and clean. Staff were polite. Room amenities are ideal for an extended stay. Central location is unbeatable. Everything you might need is within walking distance. Breakfast served was of decent quality, although I was l underwhelmed with the selection. Absence of an egg station and/or bacon. Nice pool area for families, but not enough for laps/workout. Gym was adequately equipped."

"Happy with my stay. 4 star hotel with 5 star vibes. Great service. Free breakfast, foods were OK (mostly Filipino foods). Free shuttle to airport. Nice comfortable bed and room also with enough space. The place accessible to city center by short distance by car. Have some good restaurants and bar outside hotel. "
