This delightful Dordogne countryside home sits on a 60-hectare property and features a private heated pool with stunning views over the landscape. The interior space includes a ground floor with a kitchen, dining area, living room, and a bedroom with a shower room. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a shower room.



Explore outside by walking around the expansive grounds before coming back to the house and enjoying a refreshing swim in the private heated pool (10m x 5m), surrounded by a paved terrace and sun beds.



The house is located in the countryside, within walking distance to the village of Nadaillac. The first shops are located about 8 km away, in the village of Saint-Julien-de-Lampon.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
