Avoid!
Terrible hotel! Got quadruple room what I paid for , but there was no conditioner working. Got changed to double room for 4 people with xtra mattress, had to sleep on the floor. All inclusive in this hotel means local soft drink mixed with tap water. Bottled water at xtra cost, even it says in hotel description that's it's included. Pasta twice a day-lunch and dinner. Restaurant go organised and not prepared for so much people-had to wait in the queue for clean plates and folks! Water sports, spa center, gym, daily animation, beach bar simply doesn't work and it's closed. Some simple animation for kids but thets all, no aerobic, no dancing classes as in description. Water slides closed for 22 hours a day and open just for 2 hours so it's over crowded with kids and can't be enjoyable. No wi-fi and Internet working. Reception staff kept promising it's gona be fixed the next day, but never worked. Hotel dirty, lots of amenities not working. Would not recommend!

Please do not go to this thing. Worse if you have kids. Cockroaches, peeling walls and the AC is a joke. They cooked the same turkey in different ways/recipes five days in a row. Arrogant and incompetent staff, not trained in hotel service nor catering. Random and arbitrary. Do not throw your savings nor money away. Game room, machine not working, lines and lines waiting for a pizza or French fries.All inclusive, no way, horrible juice and soda served with no ice in scorching heat. The location of the hotel is on the beach itself but boy, oh, boy, what a dirty neighbourhood. I repeat, do not go.

Hotel pretty good. Food nice but bit samey, bar and drink selection not amazing. Staff all v nice on the whole, with the exception of one person on the reception, however this May have been a lost in translation moment! Family orientated not necessarily v good for younger couples, over whole an 7.5 out of ten

The best thing was the outdoor pool,,food also was nice.the room was small for 4 and the aircondiation was not switched on yet,the hotel should leave the choice for guests to use the facilites.anyway we enjoy our stay.

I booked three nights based on a previous nice stay at the same hotel. when I showed up I was informed that my all inclusive reservation does only include breakfast! i had to pay extra for lunch and dinner! my room was not ready, we had to wait, and after we got the room, there was no queen size bad and one single as promised, but 2 single beds for my wife,my baby girl and I! i was promised an extra crib , the crib was delivered the last night

The children loved the holiday - the waterslides were a big hit and it was a safe environment for our two teenage daughters. We all found the hotel food repetitive and bland, but there was always a lot of it. The free drinks and snacks all day were appreciated. However, the room was dingy and very basic with little wardrobe space for a family of four. There were no chests of drawers. Although it was tidied and cleaned every day, the room was in need of redecoration and the lack of space for putting things away made the room feel very cramped. The restaurant had an outside terrace with a view of the sea, but this area felt uncared for and was grubby, and visited by ferral cats at meal times, some of which jumped up at serving tables and fought under the tables. We went at a quiet time of year, but I can imagine that at peak times the hotel feels overcrowded.

Tous simplement j'ai fait ma réservation et j'ai payé mon séjours formule tous inclus, j'arrive avec ma femme après 3 heure de recherche car l'adresse n'était pas clair sur le site enfin (l'hôte et fermer depuis quelques mois) ..j'ai passé la nuit dans ma voiture et c'est juste de rentrée en Europe et j'attends une bonnes explication de votre part. Merci

hotel fantôme....
une horreur un hôtel fantôme les photos sur le site date d une autre époque quant l'hôtel devait être au top.le petit déjeuner il y avait que du café froid car les machine ne chauffer pas du lait du cacao pain beurre servie à l'arrache dans une assiette crossants surgelés.on déjeuner dehors.le personnel tourne en rond.finalement à la fin de première semaine en nous a transféré sur yasmine hammameth...coût du transport 20 dinards car il nous resté encore une semaine publicité mensongère tout est bon pour récupéré de l'argent à cause de la crise du tourisme.on aurai du nous offrir une autre semaine.en plus on avait peur le soir car on était que 5 personnes dans cet immense hôtel heureusement le soleil était au rdv et la mersuper bonne pour ce baigner

Nettes Personal, schlechte Anlage
Leider ist das Hotel aufgrund von mangelndem Tourismus wie viele andere in der Region schlecht besucht. Personal wurde gekürzt und der Zustand des Hotels lässt dementsprechend zu wünschen übrig. Anlage ist teilweise verwildert, die Lobby und Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig und das Buffet fällt ziemlich dürftig aus. Das Hotel war sicherlich mal ein schöner Urlaubsort, im jetzigen Zustand allerdings nicht zu empfehlen.

A part les piscines qui sont de bonne qualité, tout le reste est à revoir (restauration exécrable, chambres vieilles et sales, service indigne même d'un 2 étoiles)...

Très mauvais à part les piscines
l'hôtel dispose de 2 belles piscines dont une avec toboggans. Tout le reste est médiocre. La restauration est de très mauvaise qualité (peu de variété, pas de gâteaux, pas de glace, pas de poisson) avec une salle du restaurant non climatisée donc très chaude. Les serveurs sont généralement très peu accueillants (sauf 1). Le chef est prêt à faire des plats spéciaux contre rémunération...Bref, c'est purement et simplement lamentable... Pour avoir sa chambre nettoyée et les serviettes changées, il vaut mieux aussi donner un petit pour boire (sinon on risque de ne rien avoir)... l'animation est aussi très médiocre...

Nicht zu empfehlende Anlage
Zimmer schmutzig und renovierungs- sanierungsbedürftig, Toilettenpapier und Handtücher mussten einmal selber besorgt werden, völlig verschmutzte Tischdecken im gesamten Restaurant, die Verpflegung sehr einfach und keine Abwechslung, am Pool zum Strand ist der Rasen zum Teil nur Erde mit Diesteln, keine Auflagen. Keine Handtücher zum täglichen Wechseln für den Außenbereich verfügbar. Wir haben Gott sei Dank für für 6 Tage gebucht. Zu empfehlen ist einzig und allein, diese Anlage aus ihrem Sortiment zu nehmen!!!!

On a l'impression que tout le monde touche à tout et tout le monde fait n'importe quoi dans cet hôtel. Je conseille à l'animateur principal de moins hurler dans le micro surtout que les chambres sont proximités.
