"I needed a convenient overnight stay near Heathrow and really didn’t fancy spending it with one of the big hotel chains so we tried the Ostrich. Typical old pub, lots of character and history. "Used as a base for rugby at Twickenham and it worked well with free parking and a two minute walk to the station then 25 mins to Rugby. Bar closes early on a Sunday but we found other places to eat and drink. Room was good and variable floors are certainly interesting but nothing dangerous. Staff we met were pleasant and breakfast good. Overall good value and would recommend/stay again."

The staff were very friendly and we had everything we needed for our stay, complimentary water, tea, coffee and biscuits and tipple were a nice touch.
