We welcome families traveling with children. To ensure the safest and most comfortable experience the maximum occupancy is 6 including children over 2-years old. Please be aware that our home is not child proof. Child locks, gates and monitors will not be provided. We do have a pack-n-play in the closet for your convenience.
This home is not pet friendly. We have separate house rules regarding service animals and guests wishing to stay with a service animal MUST give notice prior to booking so the service animal regulations can be provided separately.
Smoking is strictly forbidden. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in additional cleaning charges. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Subject to a $500 additional cleaning charge for violating this policy.
Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21.
LOCATIONS OF COMMON ITEMS:
Trash bags are kept in the kitchen below sink (you’ll find other basic cleaning supplies like sponges, bleach cleaner, supplies and dish soap under the kitchen sink, bathroom sink or in the closet). I do a good job of staying on top of the supply, but if anything is running low and you need a restock, just message me.
A pack-n-play travel crib, along with sheets and mattress protectors for your little one are all available, normally in the closet. If any of the items are used, please leave it out at checkout so we can sanitize it after your use.
SECURITY:
Please lock up behind yourself including the windows. The front door will auto lock after 30 minutes provided it is fully closed.
Cameras are used outdoors only.
Do not tamper with, remove, deactivate or otherwise alter any smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, temperature monitoring devices or exterior security cameras.
EXTENDED STAYS:
For those of you having longer stays, trash can be deposited in the trash cans as you are leaving the parking area.
In the summer you may see a team member stop over to cut the lawn during normal business hours. For those of you staying in the winter we take care to plow the snow and may ask you to move your car when the time comes.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Please remember normal check-in time is 4:00 p.m. & check-out time is 11:00 a.m. There will be a $50 charge for every 30 minutes past checkout time if not pre-approved by the host. Our cleaning staff arrive shortly after the scheduled check-out time.
Please:
-Take the time to do load and run the dishwasher. Our team will put them away if need be.
-Don't worry about stripping the beds; our team will handle it.
-Ensure all windows and doors are fully shut & locked.
-If you don't mind taking any excess trash out to the dumpster, we'll be super grateful.
