Sweet Mystic Retreat

Renovated kitchen and added bathroom downstairs for a secondary primary suite!

This beautiful furnished 3,000 sq. ft. home includes everything you will need to enjoy a great vacation in Downtown Mystic, including central air conditioning for summer months. Just bring your toothbrush! We are located within a 10 minute walk to Downtown Mystic and Seaport. This private home also includes a 2 car garage with a Tesla charger for EV vehicles, tv, stereo, bar and Wi-Fi Internet, with a beautifully landscaped back yard with pergola and fire pit.

You will enjoy 3 floors of living space that offers an open floor plan. The first floor has a newly updated and fully equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen which open to a dining & family room area with a queen-size pull out sofa bed, flat screen tv & stereo system. Along with a half bath and laundry room, there is a separate formal sitting room.

Porches adorn the front with rocking chairs, and back porch with table and chairs and propane gas grill for barbecuing, and an outdoor gazebo patio area with seating for Al Fresco dining and fire pit!

The 2nd floor consists of a primary bedroom with full bath, plush king size bed and flat screen tv. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor with queen size beds and another full bath.

The lower level walk out consist of another bedroom with a King size bed, large family room with TV, bar, and a newly renovated full bathroom with dual vanities. This can serve as a secondary primary suite.

The house is really lovely; the owners have gone above and beyond to outfit it with everything you might need. The spaces are clean, decorated nicely, and are just comfortable to be in - it's a pleasure to spend time there. Also in a great location - close proximity to Mystic attractions.

House was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and everyone was very comfortable in their beds. Loved the location, close to everything we needed! What a perfect place to stay! We could walk to everything—dinner, shops, the seaport museum. The house was clean and bright and tastefully decorated. Emily gave us fantastic recommendations (we visited Sift more than once!), and was so friendly & responsive. We had a lovely time, and will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during Parents Weekend at US Coast Guard Academy. Perfect location for access to Mystic and short drive to Academy. Home was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. This is our last year, just wished we had found it sooner.

Beautiful House with great location
We were there for a family wedding. It was an exceptional home. The indoor space was beautiful and the outdoor space was also so well done. The 3 floors let you spread out but the gathering areas allow you to have space to share time together. And it was nice to walk to downtown Mystic shops and restaurants.

My husband and I rented the property for the second time to get out of NYC for a few days and to host a family get together. 4 of us stayed in this property and were very comfortable. There was plenty of room to move around and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The beds were super comfy and the linens… oh the linens! I have to go out and buy this brand because I liked them so much! Instructions in the house were very clear - no issues. it was not a cheap stay, but as they say - you get what you pay for. This property was well stocked and had very nice accommodations. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself in the area.

Very Clean and Cozy
We stayed at this beautifully decorated and clean property for a long weekend to attend a wedding in July in Mystic. The location was ideal to walk downtown to restaurants and shops and even to the church for the wedding. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing in the quiet and comfy back yard that has cute areas For morning coffee or a meal outdoors. We were amazed and delighted with the comfort, beauty and thoughtful details throughout this property. The neighborhood is quiet despite being close to town. This is a real gem.
