Super Cute & Cozy Apartment in Downtown Mystic!

Live large in a small space! This lovely little ground floor one bedroom apartment in downtown Mystic packs a surprisingly big punch for its size and is walkable to almost everywhere! The Seaport, the drawbridge, the Amtrak Station are all less than a ten minute walk away. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $60 fee

The apartment is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and practicality in a small space and seems to work well for couples, small families, and close friends. The main living area features a two to three person sofa that coverts into a double bed, a small armchair, 50 ROKU Smart TV and a decent sized coat closet.

The kitchen comes with everything needed to cook a full meal, including a four burner induction cooktop and a combination microwave / convection oven, Nutri Bullet blender, and Delonghi espresso maker, conventional coffee maker, and French press.

The bedroom which is tucked away from the main living space and separated by a door, just fits a comfy queen bed, but features another decent-sized closet. To access the nicely appointed bathroom, you must pass through the bedroom. The bathroom is stocked with a range of Aveeno products.

Onsite laundry for guests staying 5 days or more is available in the garage beside the apartment.

There is a small outdoor area with a two person cafe table and chair set where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

Please note that this is a ground floor apartment and that there is a two bedroom apartment directly above which is also an short term rental. There are strict quiet times in place and being respectful of those staying in the ground floor unit is a condition of booking but some noise from the upstairs unit is inevitable.

While this apartment is pet fiendly, because of the upstairs apartment, dogs who bark excessively cannot be left unattended. All dogs must be leashed while in the yard and when going from the apartment to your vehicle.

We also ask that you be respectful of your upstairs neighbors and observe quiet time.

Perfect winter weekend
Small but well-appointed apartment, easy walk to town and the Seaport Museum, perfect for me and my dog for a winter weekend. Host had great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great cozy apartment!
This is a great apartment in downtown Mystic! We were able to walk to everything in Mystic. The apartment was cozy, but it was exactly as described and perfect for my parents and I for a long weekend! Mystic is adorable and has so much to offer and enjoy.

My wife and I really loved this place. It was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed for our stay. A Cozy Walkable One-Bedroom
My adult daughter and I stayed here two-nights while we attended a destination rehearsal dinner and wedding. Mystic is a beautiful historic and scenic port, and this Vrbo unit put us within walking distance to lots of wonderful restaurants and good shopping. The unit is perhaps best for a single couple, but my daughter and I found it to be perfect for our needs over the weekend.

Beyond welcoming! What an amazing find; communication excellent, charm and comfort perfect. Every detail has been considered; from comfort of bed, products in bathroom, to a jar of candy for that late night snack. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

Shaun was a great host! He provided a cute little getup for our puppy. The apartment was exactly as pictured. The kitchen is fully equipped, almost any utensil, pantry product, coffee, tea was provided. Same for toiletries, the whole shebang was there! Everything in downtown Mystic is easily walkable. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are definitely going to try to rent it next year.

GREAT location, a very short walk to downtown and easy to find, not too far off the highway. The accommodations were average for us, which was fine because we weren't there all that much other than to sleep and cleanup before going out for meals and sightseeing. The ceiling tiles in the accommodation are mostly all warped and in need of replacement/alignment. Also, when trying to get some air in the place by opening a few windows it was quite noticeable that there were dead bugs/dirt inside the window areas that had collected and hadn't been cleaned in a while. Otherwise it was great for what it was, only other item would be that the walls (especially in the bedroom) are in dire need of some artwork, even just a few pictures (they are almost nonexistent). We did hangout the last night before we left, the TV room table for the couch area was a small round table much taller than the seating area, would have suited much better to just have a lower rectangular coffee table to use instead. Good communication by the owner on check-in and using the amenities, assuming other than locking up there wasn't anything about what to do for checkout? If you're just looking for a small place to hang your hat while you're traveling around the area, it's great, but a few minor improvements would go a long way, That said we would return for a night or so...

My partner and I just wanted a nice night away and decided on this super cute studio in Mystic. Unfortunately, I didn't check the weather warnings when I booked - so our trip ended up mostly inside. That was no problem here! The studio is very stylishly decorated, clean, and accessible. There's a big tv with streaming services and fast internet. Tons of places to eat and shop nearby as the studio is located super close to Olde Mystick Village. We stayed during a freeze and the heating worked very well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location.The property is comprised of two duplex houses. One at the front of the lot, the other at the back. These short term rentals are run like a hotel….very high turnover. Almost every booking is for a single night. Except mine was not. I booked a 28 day stay. It was not disclosed in writing that the apartment I had booked was below a two bedroom apartment (it is now disclosed on the site). I would have passed had I known, but it was too late to find something else. The noise from above (you can hear every foot step) and noise made by the constant turnover of so many people checking in and out, the daily cleaning and laundry operated out of the garage taking 3-6 hours a day next to me was uncomfortable and disruptive. This is no place for a long stay.

We loved this spot! It felt like our home away from home during our time in Mystic. The property is very close to many of the tourist spots as well as downtown Mystic. Shaun was a wonderful host and the place was clean & comfortable. The only thing I would point out is that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. Not a problem for me because I was traveling with my sister so there was no awkwardness going through the bedroom to access it but may be something to consider for some folks. Overall a great stay that we would highly recommend :)
