Great Location in Picture Perfect New England Village

Rebuilt in 2013 from the ground up 2,000 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6, however can make exceptions with prior approval.
Check in: 4:00 pm. Check out: 10:00 am.
Three night minimum for 2022 Season (May-October) at $400/per night.
Note: two day requests may be considered at $500.00 per night.
This house offers an open concept plan for the kitchen, dining and living areas. Fully equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen, large dining table that can seat up to eight with a cozy but spacious living room area. There is an additional Den/TV room with a large sofa (potential extra bedroom for one) and 42" flat-screen HD TV with cable. A full bath with large glass-door shower, stone counter vanity and tiled floor along with a separate pantry and laundry area round out the first floor.
The second floor has three spacious bedrooms: one king and two queen sized beds adorn the rooms. An air mattress is available upon request. Master BR also has large smart TV. Full bath with shower and tub, tiled floor and granite topped sink with cabinet.
All linens included and a fully equipped kitchen with many household supplies are at your disposal.
There are abundent activities and pastimes suitable for all ages including the Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Arts Festival (in August), Unique Shopping - both downtown and at the Old Mystic Village, Mystic River boat tours, Nautilus Submarine Museum, Historic Stonington Borough, Antique Mystic Drawbridge and Wine Tours: Stonington Vineyards, Jonathan Edwards & Saltwater Farm. Mystic is indeed a destination of choice for those who enjoy fine dining with many highly rated restaurants within walking distance and/or a quick car ride. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos are also just a brief drive away.

Great property located within walking distance to Mystic. The owners have this house beautifully decorated and it comes with all the amenities needed. Very responsive to text messages prior to check-in and provided some great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Downtown Mystic Stay
Lynda was a great host, communication was timely and friendly. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to walk to town. You can see a bit of the water from the back deck, which was a nice spot to gather. Beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, and the showers had good pressure. We hope to be back!

Outstanding House
This was our first stay in this beautiful house, but we will be back! The layout of the home was perfect for our family get together. There is plenty of room and the huge dining table was a big plus for our group. The location is great. It’s in a quiet area of Mystic and yet, within walking distance of downtown. The check in process was easy and communication with the host outstanding. It was a 5 star plus stay and I highly recommend this house.

Truly Amazing!

This property hits the mark. We were 4 adults 2 toddlers (aged 2). House checked all the boxes required for a great stay. Easily accommodated our party size, clean and the ability to walk to town. Host were responsive, neighbors even gave us a wave whilst we were playing in the garden.

Fall Getaway
This property was absolutely beautiful!! The house is perfectly located within walking distance of town and was great for the getaway we were looking for. Absolutely beautiful!
Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The house is simply gorgeous. The location could not have been more perfect. Close enough to walk into town, but far enough away to be quiet, calm and relaxing. The house was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! Such a memorable vacation for my family.

Wonderful house
We had a wonderful stay . The property exceeded our expections . Linda was so accommodating . We walked to downtown mystic - enjoyed a bite at mystic pizza . The kids called it ‘their favorite rentals thus far ‘ :). We will definitely rent this property again when in mystic .

Beautiful Mystic property
We had a fantastic vacation in the property, it was immaculately clean when we arrived and such a beautiful space to spend our month long vacation in Mystic. Lynda, the property owner, was great at communicating and very helpful throughout our stay. We loved living back in Mystic and this property provided the ideal location due to being a short 5 minute walk into town. The yard was a big hit with our three year old and the large deck area lovely to spend our evenings, we would love to stay again in the future.
