Downtown Mystic - Newly Renovated Apartment

Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

About the space:
Unit 2 is located on the ground floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine
- Separate dining area

Great spot right in downtown Mystic
We had a great stay, the space was immaculate and nicely decorated. Easy communication, amazing location within walking distance from the center of town. Will definitely be back to stay again!

Beautiful lodging in a great location
The location and lodging are wonderful, right next to downtown and accessible by foot The decoration and furnishings are top-notch and Mystic is a great town to visit in any season. Michael was very helpful with all aspects of the rental.

Great Location, Delightful Place
The location is prefect-just a short walk down to the bridge and about 1 mile to the Seaport. The apartment was well appointed, clean and very pleasant. We stayed at an upstairs unit last summer and this one was just as nice!

Awesome rental in perfect location
This was our second time staying at this property. It is perfect for two people. Everything is new and very clean. So easy to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. Communication with host is excellent. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay
Cleanliness is important to us, and this rental delivered in every way. Besides being immaculate it was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the convenience of walking to town to the many shops and restaurants. Loved every minute of our stay on High Street.

This was one of the most wonderful stays we have experienced. The host was very responsive and accommodating. All the details were perfect and the entire place was so warm and cozy. It is perfectly located close to town and on a beautiful street. We will definitely be back!

This property was just amazing! Great location to downtown Mystic. Wonderfully decorated, very comfortable. Probably the cleanest VRBO dwelling I have ever stayed in. Do not hesitate to book this. Thanks to the hosts for creating such a lovely relaxing environment.

Memorial Day in Mystic
Beautifully appointed apartment a short walk from everything downtown Mystic has to offer. Spotlessly clean, off street parking with modern comfortable furniture throughout. Host was communicative and helpful and check in/out was easy peasy. Most highly recommend. Only thing I would ask for is a traditional drip coffeemaker, though the Nespresso style machine was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Perfect in every way!
This rental was fabulous. I can’t say enough about all the great things about it: it was so meticulously clean, amazingly decorated (!!!), totally comfortable, and everything one could ever need was provided. This lovely place was convenient to everything and just a short walk to downtown. Mike gave us a list of neat things that we could do and see and we were so happy with those. We had such an amazing stay and will definitely be back!
